    If you are looking to buy a Toyota please stay away from this location. They will cheat you by adding extra protection plans without even going over them with you and asking for your permission. Make sure you check your paperwork throughout and sit in there as long as you have to because they will have you sing all the paper work in a rush so you dont catch what they did. After realizing what they did Dan the sales man told me that they will fix it now almost a month later and 20 calls later they tell me that they cant do anything, or they can but they dont want to. Manager offered me $400 to let the case go, if he can give me that why cant he gove me the full $1800. Very disappointing experience!!

    We experienced unfortunate loss at this dealership. We purchased two cars from here and never had issue till now. They didn't fulfill the repair and told us the car was fine when we drove it home off the lot. However the next morning it wasn't resolved. We were met with rudeness and told to bring the car in for more "repairs" at extra cost to us over the agreed amount of 300 for initial repair. My husband lost trust in the service department and took his business elsewhere.

    Not just another review, please consider this experience before you purchase a vehicle! Wonderful staff, my purchase was over 1900 miles away that in itself can create a stressful situation. Andrea McNamara Internet Sales Consultant and John Cheung Sales made it an exceptional experience!! They were both extremely friendly and both willing to go the extra mile to ease any concerns and set themselves apart from other dealerships. Andrea was very personable, detailed and had great follow-up! She was my primary contact and the reason I moved forward with my purchase. I asked for things not in her scope of work but she never hesitated to take ownership. she very willingly obtained what I needed to keep the transaction moving forward so I could secure my dream car!! I did expect a breakdown in the process at some point when she handed me off, based on the remote transaction. Then John flawlessly pick it up and drove this dealerships goal forward!! Exceptional customer service!! He also was friendly, personable and had exceptional follow-up!! This store is doing something right in the hiring process!! John went well above and beyond what I ever expected!! This guy showed up on his day off to meet my transport!! Who does that these days!!!? He treated my 4Runner as it was his own, cleaning it up and ensuring it was out of harms way pending my transport. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
