    Low Pressure, Good Experience

    After getting email run arounds from couple of out of town bigger dealers where the price quotes for a new car kept mysteriously increasing, by the same salesperson, or where the car suddenly "wasn't available" after they agreed to a certain price, we checked out Community Motors. We emailed to see if a car we were interested in was still in stock and it was, with the same price as listed on the internet. When we got to the dealer, again, the same price was quoted by the salesman. We negotiated a bit, (probably not enough, but we were just happy to be dealing with people who were straight forward with their pricing) and came out with what was decent price for a newer model used car in great condition. The low pressure (no pressure!) sales person was great. We even got to test drive cars without a salesman tagging along. I'll definitely be coming here again if we ever need another car.

    We had to do our car shopping over the internet. I found a pre-owned Nissan, one of my top 2 picks at Community Motors, that fell within the guidelines of what we could afford on the money we had. I made contact with Shane and through him and his finance guy they got approved with much better financing than we had. Shane helped me get everything set up so all we had to do is go and test drive the car and sign the papers. The car was in very nice shape inside and drives like a champ. We made the drive to Hammond from Baton Rouge and are well pleased with the results. I would go back to them in the future and recommend them highly. Thanks, Patrick and Dawn Plunket

    My husband and I bought a Dodge journey from Community Motors this week and it was the best experience we've had with a car dealership. Dennis was our salesperson and he was wonderful. Dennis knew the product very well and was extremely knowledgable with any questions we had. Nobody was pushy and they were very informative. All the paperwork was taken care of very quickly and extra steps were taken to ensure that our vehicle was spotless and that we had no questions about how anything worked on it. It was wonderful and I would strongly reccomend this dealership.

    I really enjoyed this low pressure environment. I felt like I was in control the whole time and was not afraid that I was going to be hassled into buying a car. Instead they allowed me to buy the car after I was completely comfortable with them and the car.

    I dealt with a sales guy named Dennis and after dealing with other car dealers I felt that I was being treated fairly and the people didn't lie to me to earn my business. I was very comfortable sending my wife out there knowing that I could trust the people I was dealing with. I would recommend this group to anybody looking for a new car.

    I recently inquired on Cars.com for a used F150 pickup. One was located at Community Motors in Hammond,LA. I filled out the "more information" section and was immediately contacted by Shane the internet salesman at Community Motors. I made an appointment to see the truck the next day, and purchased it on the spot. Both Shane and the "finance" guy were very helpful and I was very pleased with the entire transaction. It was one of the easiest times I have had purchasing from a car dealership.
