    Buyers beware. Do not buy from this dealership. They will scam you. Windshield was broken of a Mercedes Benz that I bought. It needed service. The lamp for the auxiliary battery went on once I stepped out of the dealership. The fuse cover inside the cabin, passenger side was broken. Cabin and engine air filter needed to be replaced. Car had no spare tire and jack and the tires in the car were not “run flat tires.” They never fixed anything because they already got my money. Horrible experience!

    Get an independent inspection before purchase!

    Keep in mind...these guys are used car salesmen. Don't make my mistake and skip an independent inspection. I spent over 100k to buy my dream car from Coast to Coast, and trusted them when they said that it had just passed an inspection at a factory dealership. Got it home and discovered that the windshield wiper didn't work (the splines between the arm and the drive mechanism were wrecked). I reached out to see if they would offer to fix it, and never got a response from management. It cost me $900 to repair the problem so that the car was safe to drive. Caveat emptor.

    Total redemption by Owner and Finance Manager

    I am changing this to 5 star due to outstanding service from Omar (the owner) and Addison (finance manager). Thanks to them I think we have reached an agreement and I will definitely reach out to them when we buy another car. We are looking to buy a 2010 Q7 from Coast to Coast in Fishers. They had the car priced Right at $14,000 with 113000 miles. The car books at $14100 in very good condition. This car didn't have a working radio, steering wheel controls didn't work, center console controls weren't working, had a service warning light on, and the Audi side assist wasn't working. They have worked with me to fix these issues or met me on price so I can fix them. I offered them their price minus $1500(most expensive part in the radio system that could be the issue without install) and they were willing to work with that. Before Omar and Addison stepped in though I essentially had to do all the leg work for the sales man, Bill, who fought me every step of the way. The reasons I gave 5 stars are Addisonw and Omar really stepping up and showing they want to work with customers and gain them for life. We will go back.

    I would give them 0 stars if possible. I was interested in a vehicle they had but I am over 8 hours away so I wanted to negotiate everything over the phone. They gave me a good offer for my trade ($30,500) so I made an offer for the jeep I wanted ($23,000 listed at $24,000). I was told they couldn't accept that offer so I asked what the best they could do was. They said the best they could do is to take the $295 admin fee off ($24,000). Deal. After they learned that I didn't owe anything on my trade and that they would have to write me a check for the difference between the two, they could no longer take the admin fee off (now at $24,295). Whatever, I was still interested and I was ready to come make the trade. Something came up and I wasn't able to drive there. I was still wanting to buy the jeep so I asked what it would cost to have it shipped to me. They were confused and thought I was still wanting to trade my vehicle. They told me they would take care of the shipping and just take it out of the check they would owe me. That isn't them taking care of the shipping, that's me paying for the shipping and them trying to do it without telling me what it would cost. Whatever, I wasn't trading my vehicle so it didn't matter. I asked for the best price shipped to me. They said "$24,295 shipped to you". Awesome, deal! Then they tell me they forgot to include the shipping (even though the email specifically said with shipping) and it would be another $750. I walk away at this point because I've had enough. They give in and sell it to me shipped for $24,295. Great. We get everything set up and ready to ship. I got 0 updates for the next two weeks unless I asked them and even then the responses where not helpful at all. It finally ships. After everything else, they sent it to the wrong address. I had to drive two hours to pick it up. I told them THREE different times where to send it to as it wasn't the same address as the address that I had to put on all the paperwork. THREE TIMES! And they still messed up. I finally get to it and discover that it's not in the condition they said it or made it appear in the pictures. The clutch is going out, the top has a leak, and the hood decals have peeled off. I strongly advise anyone looking at a vehicle they are selling to reconsider. I have worked with at least 15 dealerships over the years and this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had.

    SCAM ALERT! Do not buy a car from these people. They lie. I bought a car for over 100k, they lied about what options it had on it... After the car arrived I called, emailed, texted more than 50 times for over two weeks... they kept saying they would come up with a solution for a week and then just stopped returning my calls... Buyer beware! Extra note: Notice they even have two accounts on Yelp because their reviews on one account are so bad...

    I enjoyed my experience at Coast to Coast. Jay was amazing to deal with and the finance department was patient as I wrestled with what to buy and how much to spend. I found a great car with low miles because of the amazing inventory that they have available and the knowledgeable staff knew their products.

    Bought a 2011 Porsche Cayenne S from Jay Bechara, sight unseen. I know it seems weird, but Jay sent me a video of the car, description, and the car was even better than I expected. I flew in to pick up the car, and it was ready, paperwork was done, vey smooth and positive transaction
