    My engine light was on following collision repair. Your service department ran a diagnostic and discovered damage that the collision center had overlooked. Your service department saved me a great deal of money by discovering the issue and sending me back to the collision center with documentation of what needed to be done. Thank you service department and thank you Dan.

    Horrible experience!

    Steve Wyatt, who claims to be an experienced and trust worthy salesman, failed on all accounts: following up, making a deal, caring about his customer and being transparent. He was nothing compared to Jeff, the shady finance director who not only paid no attention when we were talking to him but also ended up being extremely rude. When he lost the business - after not calling us when we were supposed to actually finalize the deal and get the car - he literally hung up on us. Do not do business with this dealership.

    was disappointed from the moment we got there

    Was blown off and disrespected from the moment my daughter and I walked in. Salesman made us walk all over the hot parking lot because he couldn’t find the car. Said it was in service. Made us walk around building to see it in 105 degree weather and then didn’t bring the keys so we could see inside. Said it was being repaired because whoever they had pick it up from auction must have dog it out and wrecked it. Then when I asked to see another car he assumed I couldn’t drive a 5 speed. And then assumed to know my daughters age and said she couldn’t drive it. Though she is 19. Then finally got the keys and he wouldn’t leave the building to actually show us the car or the features. Then he disappeared. I just threw the keys down on his desk and left. What a waste of my time.

    These people will use all the tricks to attract you in for used cars. Lower price published on car gurus than what you will actually pay. They added 2500$ to the published price as a « dealer preparation fee ». Yes you read right I am particularly pissed off because I was coming from Houston to see this car and i had talked to them on the phone the day before. They NEVER mentioned the price would be different once I step in Secondly they « prepped » the car with the wrong tires (smaller width and M+S snow rating) this is certainly to save a few bucks. So... go there if you want to, but you will certainly get robbed for one thing or another !

    Contacted clay Cooley after locating a vehicle on cars.com. Reid Riley responded to my initial inquiry. Did not answer multiple basic questions I asked and would not negotiate price. In fact, he tried to sell it to me for more than what it is listed for on their website! Come on, man! You just missed out on a potentially easy sale. Very disappointed.

    Paul did a fantastic job of guiding our daughter through her first car purchase. He did not pressure our family and gave her the time she needed to decide. He was so pleasant to work with. The entire process was made even better when the general sales manager, Frank, took the time to visit with our family personally. Paul and Frank made a real impression - we will be back ¿¿

    Love my VW. Clay Cooley, not so much

    Bought new car in May. Finance guy miscalculated total sales price and overcharged by 101 dollars. No big deal. He would cut a check and mail it immediately. As of 6 weeks later and numerous calls, still no refund. Not a big deal but doesn't speak well of the detail that car dealerships want to boast about. I'm done trying to talk to these people
