    I Love My Genesis RSpec!

    Hailey and Jaycee were very friendly and helpful. Hailey was in training, and Jaycee was assisting her. Jaycee was patient and showed she was concerned we made at deal we were please with. We owned a Sante Fe previously, and knew that was probably what we desired to purchase this time as well. I would recommend Jaycee (and Hailey) if you shop in Rockwall.

    Deceptive Practices

    Called about a certified Tucson and spoke to Alex. My daughter had totalled her car and like this one. It was very clearly advertised online as certified for 16865. Alex tells me the online price is without and certified us $1000 more. I live 50 miles away so he took my verbal offer of 15K to his GM supposedly. Came back with a certified price $16500 and non certified price $15500. I called back the next day to make sure the car was still there. I offered a little lower $15k non certified and he came back with "Sorry for the miscommunication yesterday but the non certified price is really the certified price so non certified is $16500. So glad I did not waste my time driving out there. Don't waste your time here. Buy some place else.

    Yall... Normally I absolutely hate car buying but this was a wonderful experience. I had a lady named Jaycee who helped me and she was the sweetest thing through the whole process. I would highly recommend her. She was thorough and knew how bad I wanted to get home to my kids so she sped the process up. I have had horrible experience with other dealerships and have gone back and forth several times and it makes the process horrible. I will definitely be going back to purchase another vehicle from them!

    Pathetic E-mail Replies.

    I e-mailed them asking about a car advertised online and wanting to see the Carfax. They replied asking for my phone number. I said first I wanted to see the Carfax. Then they could have my number. The next e-mail (from a different person) offered me 2-years of free maintenance! Hello? This reminds me of all of the negative experiences I have had in years gone by buying cars. Nothing has changed apparently. Pathetic.

    The management and sales staff do not listen

    The dealership was more involved with getting information than listening to what we were asking for. The way it is set up. The staff wants your details first before even talking to you. The salesman we dealt with kept asking the same question over and over again. Management does not do well when you express the dissatisfaction with the organization. We bought a car from another dealership.
