    We arrived at the Rockwall location looking for a new vehicle. We began looking at the Sante Fe they had for show right outside the building, and we were impressed. No one asked us if we needed any help so we went inside, because we had questions. We had a man approach us asking if we had been helped. My husband told him no, we were looking at the Sante Fe outside and we were curious what colors the vehicle came in? This guy responds to my husband with "Purple, Blue, Green, Pink... Is that all y'all came in for today?" I was IRRATE! We immediately left and took our large down payment with us. We went to Trophy Nissan, and got in to a beautiful Nissan Rouge. Never do business with this dealership. They are horrible people. My filter was gone. I will be sure that absolutely everyone I encounter never buys from this dealership.

    Eric Tharp was a great salesman he gave her a really great deal and he was very informative he did not try to sell her something she could not afford. And he helped her get a car with everything she wanted in the car and she/we were very satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone that I know is looking to buy a Hyundai.

    Terrible service

    Not very impressed with service or their vehicles. I had electrical problems with my 2018 Hyundai Tucson that I bought Dec 2018. I had to bring it in several times since January before they could diagnose the issues. They where finally able to duplicate the problem and repair it last week. I though that would be the end of it-NOPE! In the process of repairing the defect the technicians damaged/scratched the interior plastic on the dash and above the steering wheel. They also did not put it together correctly. They gave me my car back with part of the dash not completely attached, fortunately the service guy was able to pop that part back into place. They also didn't but the dash bored back correctly. Parts of the service lights where covered by plastic around the steering wheel. I am not sure if they look at the vehicle before they give them back to their customers or if they just don't care about the damage they do while repairing someones car. I traded one problem for another and I officially regret ever stepping foot on their car lot. The staff is friendly but it doesn't really make up for the absolutely awful service. I will never by from Clay Cooley or a Hyundai ever again.

    Paperwork process

    It took 14 days for us to get our paperwork and then we had to drive back to this dealer 130 miles to get it as it was not ready as promised on the day we told them ( one week after the sale) we would pick it up. It also took 18 days for the payoff to be made on our trade in, thus causing an unnecessary and unexpected withdrawal from our checking account.
