  Only had to wait for the part come in before the repaor could be done. But they called me when it did so i coukd take my van back in. Gave me a rental when fixing something covered by warranty. Didn't even take half the day!

  Plan to see you more for service and to buy some assesorries. Wish you were closer to Big Spring. The new girl needs to get business cards pronto so I could remember her name.

  God place to go for routine maintenance

  I took my truck in for a routine oil change and new air filter. They got me in quick and had fair pricing. It's nice to have reliable friendly customer service. They have my business.

  Great staff and quick turn around time

  My wife and I took both our vehicles in to the service department at Classic Honda of Midland. My wife's CRV was in need of routine maintenance, however I was having issues with the transmission in my Odyssey. The staff was friendly and service was quick. We were very pleased with the timely and professional manner in which they serviced my wife's vehicle. They did have some bad news for me about my transmission in our other vehicle, however the customer service I experienced was great and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. If my friends and family lived in this area I would definitely recommend this service department to them!

  I brought my car to the service department for routine maintenance (that was long overdue) and found the service staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient. Even though I did not purchasemy vehicle through this dealer they treated me like I had. They got me in and out quickly and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that my car had been washed for me! I will be sure to recommend them to my friends and family.

  I brought my van in the shop for a oil change and some brake work. It drives so much better! My van was even cleaned after all the work was completed- what a nice surprise- it really needed a cleaning.

  They are always prompt and friendly and get the job done well. It works well with my schedule to be able to drop off Friday evening and pick up on Saturday.

  WORTH THE DRIVE

  Fifth Honda

  I bought my 5th Honda here. Yes, I wrote my fifth Honda. Heather Maggi seemed more excited than I did about looking at the new 2016 Honda Accord Touring. I owned a 2013 Touring so I was eager to see the 2016 version. Heather was exceptionally helpful and worked with me until it was time to sign the papers. I wasn't planning on buying but remote start, parking sensors, and a new robust GPS system could not be passed up. Not to mention the new body style and the rarity of the model at this time. While I was waiting for the paperwork, I met with the new management and they made some great new changes for this dealership. They are too numerous to mention but I can tell you that you will appreciate them if you buy your vehicle here. One neat addition for car enthusiasts, Nitrogen in the tires. Google it.
