    Honest to the tenth power

    encountered some problems with my Honda Accord and had it towed from Big Spring to Midland. I'm from out of town - actually, I'm from Michigan. They were friendly when I arrived and promised they would do everything they could to get me on the road ASAP. After providing me with a loaner-car for the day, they contacted me and provided me with the diagnosis - I had embarrassingly added too much oil to the engine. Final bill = $15.00. Now, they could have told me anything, and I would have believed it. They could have charged me whatever they wanted, and I would have gleefully paid it - I need my car for work. But they didn't - they diagnosed what was a simple fix and charged me a reasonable fee for that diagnosis and fix. On that basis, how could I not give a full endorsement or recommendation to Classic Honda?! Although I am from out of state, I will be going to them for whatever I need for my Honda for the time I am here in Texas.

    Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever

    I never had to go to the dealership to get this vehicle. The sales man very friendly, and he and the finance manager both came to my home to take care of all of the details. We never even had to go to the dealership to purchase this vehicle.

    Every staff member I came into contact with was very sweet and I never felt under pressure to purchase (which is a HUGE plus!). The car I wanted was not on their lot but they secured the car and it is on it's way right now! There was some waiting around while paperwork was gathered but they were very attentive to me and made sure I was okay while I waited. Overall Classic Honda of Midland made the experience pretty easy and for that I am grateful.

    2013 Honda CR-V front braking vibration

    I received courteous and prompt service. The CR-V brakes were checked by a service technician and then road tested at highway speeds. Also the vehicle was washed and cleaned.

    Great service experience from the whole service team. Thanks for everything. They were able to trouble-shoot the problem with my Element, get the parts, fix it, and even wash it all before the New Year's holiday. The repair was also significantly less than initial estimate at a different service department.
