    After Purchase nightmare

    Problem still going on on 06/22/18 After 28 days of failing to register my new vehicle I tried to resolve the problem many times with the sales manager without success. Since it is an out of state purchase I know it is a little bit more paperwork, but they did not try to help whatsoever. 3 days before my temporary plate would expire I started pushing them harder to get this resolved without success, he even hung up on me because I was getting frustrated with their support. They were very helpful during the sales process, but don't expect much support after you sign the contract. Not trying to bash the dealership, most of the issue were with one person, but I know I won't buy from them again or refer anyone there either.

    Awful service from Jay and they stole money!!

    They took forever in replacing my lemon of a radio in my brand new 2017 jeep compass. And then since I needed the rental for longer since it took longer than they told me, they charged me for the rental!! Its been months since this issue and they still haven't reimbursed me! Don't use the service guy Jay! He said he had to pay it out of his pocket but no, they charged me! And now I have to deal with it. what awful service! (This was in january 2018) Update june 2018: STILL havent gotten my money back and jay nor the manager al havent responded to my calls!? They are all crooks

    Awesome experience

    I went there to get a used Jeep Sahara but after working with Darious and Isiah we left with a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler with all the perks my husband was looking. Dariouswas o very new , I believe his first couple of days in the job was amazing . He was very nice and knowledgeable and the things he was unsure of he made sure to find us the right answers . Isiah who assisted Darious was as great !! He helped to work with finances to make the deal happen . It was a great experience. The General Manager my apologies for not remembering his name was very helpful and even got me some ibuprofen when my back pain flared up . Every one was helpful . I highly recommend this dealership.

    Great Car, Terrible Experience

    I love my new car, but the experience turned sour quickly. I worked with Nikki and after the original car I agreed to was sold, I was a bit indecisive about the other options and rather than being treated with respect and understanding, I was told that "life isn't fair" and that they "didn't know what my problem was". I was offered NOTHING to make up for the way I was treated. In addition, all of the basic terms of my lease were not covered until I was in the Finance office, and then I found out the lease was longer and the payment was higher than what I had agreed to. My new car is beautiful, but my experience left a lot to be desired. While I did receive an apology, I feel that I deserved a better experience as a customer.

    Excellent Salesman

    Purchased a used 2015 Ford Explorer from Classic. Salesperson Bryant Gardner was excellent and did a great job answering all of our questions and showing us the features of the vehicle we wanted. The sales staff worked with us with our trade-in and we were satisfied with the entire purchasing experience. The only recommendation I would offer is for the sales manager to have actually have come and thanked us for the business we decided to bring him.

    Purchase of 2016 Rubicon Hard Rock...

    I haven't been without a TJ or a JK since 2002 and have owned two consecutive Wrangler Unlimited's...same color...neighbors didn't even know I traded. They'll know this time as I went from night to day when I bought my 2016 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock yesterday. I have to say, it was one of the least stressful transactions I've ever experienced. Julio was very personable and knowledgeable and Jason was excellent to work with and although it took some negotiating, I feel I got a fair shake...I think both parties benefited. I wouldn't hesitate to return to purchase again and I will certainly recommend Classic to anyone. I was so stoked about the purchase I forgot to get my two Carowinds tickets!! Oh well...I'll be back today and will check on them then!

    We received excellent care beyond our expectations from Abrah at Classic in Pineville. He was so personable and professional throughout the entire process, giving us the information we needed on the car we were looking at and answering any questions. We appreciate his effort in getting us the exact car and price we were looking for, and we couldn't be happier with the conclusion of our experience. Being the first dealer we decided to visit, we are so happily surprised to have received such wonderful service and not feel like we have to keep looking. We very highly recommend this place!
