    They are unable to provide the price of a car that is in stock. Gave up after multiple e-mails and chats. probably a scam dealer that adds fees and other markups on top of base price.

    Sold me a car without Inspection

    Never got my tag before my 30 day ran out. I called multiple times keep sticking me in voicemail hell. Nobody returned any calls. I had to go to dealership. Sales person said my tag didn’t come in because the car hasn’t been inspected. He would pick it up the morning inspect it, get me my tag and fill my tank up. They didn’t show wouldn’t answer my calls. I go back up there demand that I see a manager. There was no one in the building and he made me wait 20 minutes. Got it inspected and tagged. Reminded them to fill up my tank. And they only put $20 bucks in it. I just bought two cars from them in the last year and they treated a customer like that? Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time in this dealership. It’s a shame I would have had my car serviced because they’re so close, but I can’t justify giving them any more business.

    Worst service ever. Run from them.

    Made an appointment took truck in at 8AM. At 4PM came to pick up. They did not touch it said got busy. What is a appointment for? Second time there and same results. First time shorted me 2.5 quarts of oil and charged 300 for a oil change that others charge 225.

    Guess they don't want to sell me a car

    They have a 2019 Dodge Charger listed for $22,965 so I made an inquiry as to what the total price of the car is, since some bonus cash offers didn't apply. I was specific in my requesting an invoice of the price and would only entertain it by e-mail. Despite several request of what I needed, I kept receiving the standard response back which now makes me suspicious. Other dealerships were quick to respond so I don't know with them, it's like pulling teeth. This is why ratings and reviews are important. I wound up buying my Charger yesterday from Gastonia Chrysler-Dodge. THEY wanted my business and of all the cars I've purchased in the past, gave me the best buying experience.

    Went to shop for a used car for my 16 year old. Was told by the salesman that they don't post prices on used cars and it was up to me to look online for their prices. If I'm going to do the leg work, why give them the commission???

    Outraged by the cost of a oil change on eco diesel 299 when avg other places 160 to 180. They should have advised me when I brought it in.

    This Dealership will completely ignore you once you leave with your car. I cannot get the GM or SM to respond to my concerns in getting second set of keys for my new Jeep. Not very important problem, wonder how they respond to real serious problems? WANT

    This is the worst service department in the world. Chris Brown is a big liar he quoted me one price and 2 days later tried to change it. No communication keep my car for 3 weeks just to put in a transmission.
