by Waldorf Nelson from MANSFIELD,Tx | December 24, 2018This was my 1st time purchasing a vehicle at Classic Buick of Arlington and if you want very rude service, a shotgun financing plan, and a high dollar unaffordable car warranty, this is the place to make your purchase. My car sales man ( Vince) was very nice and knowledgable, but the finance manager (Brandon) and the used car sales manager were unbearable to deal with. I was undecided on whether I should purchase a new car or a used car. My 1st choice was a 2018 All white 4dr GMC Sierra. Me and the car salesman agreed on a price but once I talked with the finance manager the numbers had changed. So I told him this wasnt correct he told me i have been doing this for the past 10 years and I dont get numbers wrong but after talking with the salesman he said I dont know what happened, so I told them both let me think about this deal overnight and I will get back with you tomorrow. As soon as I said that, the finance manager got an attitude and packed up his things and stormed out of the office disgruntled. 2 days later I decided to go with a used car and decided to get a 2014 GMC Sierra Crew Cab. As me and the saleman were test driving vehicles so I could make my selection the salesman received a call from the used car manager (Todd DeJourno) asking what were we doing with his vehicles, as if we were trying to steal the trucks or something. We finally got back on the lot and the used car manager was there waiting with his arms folded and ask me what was I going to do. I stated that I was not sure yet. He stated that well I need to make a selection soon. Well I made him a reasonable offer and he absolutely refused and stated look you can either take it or leave it. At this point I am really dissapointed with the professionalism of both the finance manager and the used car manager, but I had to make a decision because I needed this vehicle to get back and forth to work on Monday. I talked more with the salesman and agreed to purchase the vehicle. We both walked over to the finance managers office and began the paperwork and financing terms. The terms were too high so I told him I will be using my credit union because your terms were too high and he became livid. He then started telling me about warranties which were also very expensive and I stated to him I will also be purchasing a warranty from my credit union and right in the middle of me saying that he immediately got up and called the salesmen outside of the office area and I assume he thought he was whispering and told the salesman, why have you brought this guy back in here for the 2nd time. Can't you tell he either can't afford a vehilcle or he's playing games so get him out of my office.They both returned into the office and the finance manager began packing up his items again and the car salesman reminded him that I needed addtional paperwork to give to the credit union if I was going to go thru with the sale. The finance manager reluctantly typed up the paperwork and gave it to me and said have a nice day. I financed the vehicle the next day thru my credit union. I also tried to contact the car dealership's general manager but he never returned none of the phone calls even after I left several messages to file a report. Signed Disgruntled
