    The dealer held up my plates. I have a text message from my salesman saying the are purposely holding my plates. The lied to me and refused to help me along the way. Due to them holding my registration and license plates I got two tickets and they refuse to pay for them.

    I drove car in they vacuumed the front checked for damage checked windshield and signed me in. I was treated with respect and fast! I have been using this site three times so far and I’m pleased with the service.

    My husband took my car in for me because the spring on the trunk broke. It had just been replaced two months prior. That was not a problem because those things happen. But while he was there the service person convinced him that the oil needed to be changed again even though it had been changed two months prior. Less than 3000 mi had been put on the car at that point. I called to complain and spoke to the manager to no avail. The indicator in the car said I had 70 % oil life left. I've been taking my car there for 8 years and he didn't seem to mind that I will not be back. The survey is making me give one star but I don't want to give any.

    I got my car for service and they said they did it in 30min. I was happy and when I paid the amount n took my car I am surprised to see that the bumper is broken and the person in garage is saying it is not his responsibility. After a an 30min argument he said to come on weekday for manager to check. He was shouting at me. The person who was shouting is Michel. Final when I took the car it still has the same issue of pick for which I got the car serviced. The manager name is George
