    I used TrueCar through the Consumer Reports website to get internet pricing on a new 2018 Kia Niro hybrid. One of the. Dealers that responded was Chuck Olson Kia in Shoreline. They were the only ones to provide a firm price on the car I wanted through email. They didn’t have the car in their inventory and had to get it from another dealer. Unfortunately I had to wait a few hours in the showroom while they located exactly the car I wanted, but they found it. There was no extra charge for getting the car from Portland. As a bonus, the car came with a cargo tray and spare tire that they didn’t charge me for. Everyone there was super nice, and there was no pressure.

    I had searched online prior to the visit to the dealership. I immediately received email and follow up phone call from Shawn. Shawn was very responsive and friendly on phone and email communications. I was able to make an appointment to visit dealership and upon meeting Shawn in person, he got right down to the business of what I inquired and answered all my questions. If he did not know the answer, he looked it up as well as asked another person to ensure I have all the information. Shawn had been a great help and pleasure doing business with.
