    WORK CLOTHES GET NO ATTENTION OR QUOTE

    Went by and talked to salesman and wanted a quote emailed to me. Did I get one? Nope. Email him the next day and he said he had "been extremely busy all morning" and that I was to give him "until this afternoon and I will send you information on both vehicles". Well another day and still no quotes. It will be hard for me to return to this dealer or to offer a recommendation of any kind or type. Last year it was almost the same. The sales manager saved the day then. This system is not good. I didn't work with anyone in finance.

    Disappointing service

    Salesperson was very irritating. Made several rude comments and talked over us the entire time. Despite, this we liked the vehicle and went inside to make an offer. They came off the price a whopping $200 and were unwilling to negotiate further! Very strange experience! Will not return!

    I set up an appointment with one of the sales representatives on a Thursday to come and test drive a used vehicle on the lot the following Saturday (2 days later). After emailing and speaking to him on the phone Thursday and Friday, I was assured that everything would be ready to go for Saturday when I arrived. I even received a phone call Saturday morning about my appointment and to see if I needed directions. I drove from Pensacola to Daphne in the wind and rain to see the vehicle I called about. Not only was the sales representative not available but the vehicle was not on the lot. I was informed that the used car manager had driven the car for the weekend to attend a wedding. Needless to say, I was not happy after learning the news. The sales representative excused himself to speak with another manager. I informed him that I was not going to wait around since the weather was so bad and I had work obligations that afternoon. The sales representative then tried to tell me that the vehicle may be in service. Clearly, everything was not ready for my visit as informed by the emails and phone calls.

    Brandon and Jimmy are excellent. Brandon has been my salesman on the purchase of 4 vehicles. Brandon is young and well versed in customer satisfaction. Jimmy the sales manager does what he promises and makes sure customers are treated fairly and takes the initiative to make sure as a customer that his salesman are well trained and follow through. I can?t see buying another car anywhere else than Chris Myers. Thank you guys
