    no replies for months after sale

    Can't get my plates for 9 months. I leased 2020 TLX Advance from Fred at Chevy Chase Acura back in March. I got a quote over the phone, did not negotiate it, just drove to pick it up. I asked to prepare all the paperwork before arrival but spend many hours in the dealership anyway. When my temporary registration expired, Fred told me that due to Covid, my permanent registration can be delayed and it is legal to drive with expired registration. The last reply email I received was on June 9 after which he just stops responding. When I email his manager on Dec. 7th, someone else called me to explain that they are extremely busy, and the best way for me is to text Fred as he does not read his email and only replies to texts. I got another 2020 Acura MDX Advance from a different dealership in August and receive permanent registration/plates within a month. The Verdict - great car (I had more than 10 Acura's), a very bad experience with a dealership

    Dishonest and disrespectful

    Putting the sleaze in sleazey used car salesmen, this team has been nothing but dishonest and disrespectful since I pulled out of their lot. Chevy Chase Acura: 1) Inexplicably added $100 to base price at time of sale; 2) Fabricated a military service member discount; 3) Have not followed up on registration paperwork; 4) Despite the "someone will call you" 6x in the last two weeks, have not called. The vehicle smells nice though.

    The worst customer service .....

    Arrived at this dealership early afternoon this past Saturday for at least 20 minutes in the showroom and no one greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance. So we decided to take a ride to a dealership that was slightly further ride than Chevy Chase and see if we got a similar response. Once we got out to walk the lot a salesman came out , greeted us, and we were on our way. Not only was the salesman friendly, all of the staff we encountered were warm and friendly. So the moral of the story is, my wife and I originally went to buy one car, we left with two 2019's. Thanks Tischer Acura of Laurel, Md. for renewing my faith in the "Acura" experience!!

    Bought a used car from their loaner fleet. They had to fix some scratches and did the 182 point Acura certification inspection. The car was absolutely perfect. The buying process was completely painless and the negotiation went smoothly because I did my research online. I got a decent price for my trade and ended up paying what I wanted to. Omar was a fantastic sales person to work with!
