    Purchased a 2013 Ram on 07/04/2020. We settled on the second offer our sales rep made with us, then we were cut short by $500. He said even though we agreed on a certain amount, they just try to get as close to the agreement as possible. While doing the contract I asked If the truck had the oil, filters , and fuel filters serviced. I was assured the truck had been thru the service dept and that all servicing had been done and that they make sure everything is in working order. With that being said, I discovered after purchase that the TPM system wasn't because none of the wheels had the sensors. Cost me $240 to have them installed.The second fuel filter under the bed wasn't changed, the paint was rusted off. So, I had the fuel filters changed $200. Because I now had no faith that the truck was serviced, oil change $140. They gave us one key for entry.....So, I checked with another dealer and was told I was lucky the alarm didn't go off because I wouldn't have been able to shut it off. I purchased a fob, between fob and programming $265. I asked Jaime If he would help with the cost of the fob. He said he would meet me with half the cost and told me a check would be in the mail. Today is 08/30/2020 no check. While programming the other dealer also took care of a recall they didn't . The finance person who wanted us to buy a service contract said if we service the truck with them , everything the truck needed would be taken care of. Obviously NOT!
