    Took my car in early morning on 11/29/19 to have it checked out due to check engine light coming on 11/28/19. Was told they would call me that afternoon. Around 4:30pm on 11/29 I called them due to not hearing anything from them. Was told my car was lost and they found it amusing. I did not. Finally told me they found a problem with a valve something or other and part was ordered and should be in on Monday or Tuesday. We called them on Tuesday, since they didn't call us. Was told part should be there Wednesday. We went on Wednesday to get a loaner and the lady who helped us with that was GREAT! Service men not so much! Again, we called them on Thursday due to not hearing from them. Was told part should be there that day or next. We again called on Friday afternoon, still no part. Was told due to strike part couldn't be found, (this became their mantra). Was told maybe it would be in on Monday. Called on Tuesday or Wednesday, AGAIN due to them NOT CALLING US, and was told still no part. On Friday afternoon, 12/13/19 my husband called and was told someone would call him back. Low and behold, someone did! (We were shocked to learn their phones DO call out!) Hubby was told part came in and all that was left to do was road test our car and we should be able to pick it up on Monday, 12/16/19. At approximately 2:30am on 12/15/19 we were awaken by a knock on the door from the Attalla Police Department letting us know some of our belongings, including our key fob and insurance information was found by the Rainbow City Police in the middle of the road. My husband explained that our car was at Team One Chevrolet and had been for 2 weeks. He went to Rainbow City PD and got our belongings. While there he was informed our car had been stolen from Team One Chevrolet. At approximately 5:30am we received a call from Team One Sales Manager informing us it had been stolen. It was recovered later that morning after Onstar shut it down. It had been driven off of a rack, (lowered to the ground) and out of the service area door through the lot and through a chain link fence. It was scratched from the front bumper to the spoiler. The front windshield was scratched and cracked and there were very DEEP scratches all over the car. Team One Chevrolet offered to repair it without replacing anything but the windshield, shark antenna and spoiler. They wanted to "fill" in all the crevices and give it a new paint job. They also let us know it wasn't their responsibility to pay for this or for their insurance to pay. (They did offer to pay our deductible and give us a little money on the depreciation of the vehicle.) We had to file this on our insurance, which we did. Needless to say we took it to a reputable body shop and now, our car has been TOTALED! AVOID TEAM ONE DEALERSHIPS AT ALL COST!

    Tells plenty of lies when selling vehicles to get you to buy and they don't back up their lies. Service department is great though.
