    I was on the hunt for a 2019 VW alltrack, not an easy find. Charles Boyd has one and we loved the looks of it. Upon our arrival for the test drive, the car was washed and ready. And it was perfect! The buying process after was as smooth as can be. Fair on pricing for both the VW as our trade in, the financing piece was easy and I was out the doo within 90 minutes all in! Bobby and the team did an excellent job!

    bad service techs

    put too much oil in my sierra half way cleaned throttle body ... they did correct issues service manager tells me overfill wouldnt hurt engine ... the owners manual says otherwise ... even if he is right i have lost my confidence in their service techs and i will not be going back .

    Nice folks just not very good prices. I need a good deal since I am retired and have time to shop around. I thought Charles Boyd said the were just down the road from the high prices

    Diane Asher was so nice and helpful to us. She took the time to describe the vehicle and how much room it had. We were carrying grand children to ballgames and the third seat worked great. We felt safe in the big vehicle and it has so many safety features that Diane pointed out. We will continue to do any and all service work with this dealership. Tim Hays was also nice and pleasant ready to answer any questions. I am recommending this dealership to my family and friends.

    After locating this vehicle on Cars.com I drove to Charles Boyd Dealership to see the vehicle which was about 70+ miles from my home. I spoke to the internet sales manager prior to making the trip, Mr. Bobby Orr was very helpful with information. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mr. Orr, we checked the vehicle and took a test ride. Mr. Orr was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of my vehicle the paperwork was completed efficiently and quickly. Mr. Orr is an excellent representative for Charles Boyd Dealership, I felt no pressure, it was a pleasurable positive experience.
