  Lot is crowded, hard to look at cars

  We stopped here to look at 2 cars posted. They no longer had the cars. The lot was crowded and full of pot holes. The cars were packed in so tight it was hard to look at another vehicle we were interested in.

  answered right away, gave me a lot of details before i had to make the trip up there to make sure i didn't waste my time. so many other dealers wanted a huge down payment, champs was able to do 500 down for me n monthly payment only like $247. love my car n very happy thank u again

  Poor communication

  I was interested in a Jeep Wrangler and it did not have any mileage listed. I emailed and messaged 8 separate times to simply find the mileage on the vehicle without any answer being given. I didn’t want to drive 4 hours without knowing the mileage.

  2nd Car from Champs

  Bought a car a few months ago, and another recently for my daughter. Was able to trade-in her current car and get her into a newer one even though she doesn't have any credit. They didn't even need to use me as a co-signer which was cool too.

  Glad I went with the team at Champs Auto Sales- one of the nicer used car dealers in detroit! Pricing of their vehicles are very reasonable, especially for the quality of their inventory...all vehicles were in great shape!   Unresponsive, unconcerned and inattentive!

  I was very interested in one of their vehicles and submitted an inquiry about it. My inquiry was utterly ignored! Submitted a second request. After a week my inquiry remains unanswered. This place has no idea of what Customer Service is about!
