Without getting into the long drawn out details let’s just say I’ve only had the car 3 days and I’m already about to Spend 1400 in repairs . They didn’t go by their Ad or word on going half on whatever repairs it might need for it to pass inspection Slid in paper work under my nose about them not being responsible after first telling me it came with Warranty like in their Ad. (And I paid Cash. ) They lied from the beginning and lied til the end. And would even cut me a decent deal. I only bought the car bc I really really really wanted it and it’ll be worth whatever I spend bringing it back to life. I also feel that if I was White or Latino I’d have gotten a Better deal for sure so it’s definitely a Prejudice alert out on these dudes

I saw Certified's ad on Cars.com for a black 2005 9-2x with just 29,000 miles. I spoke with Julio and Amin and we traded texts and e-mails. I could not see the car in person, because I live in Detroit. Amin offered to take the car to local Subaru dealer for an inspection and he offered it with a warranty. How many dealers would do that for a 15 year old car? Once we agreed on a price and a payment method, everything went smoothly and all the paperwork was handled quickly via Fed Ex. But I would not really know if the car was as advertised until it arrived in Detroit. My Saab arrived in exactly the described condition. No surprises. It's an absolute joy to drive. Trust Amin and Julio. They are terrific to deal with. Thank you for my great car!

We decided to give them a try and went to Fairfax and was greeted by Nabi and after test driving couple cars we ended up buying a nice and low mile Volkswagen. After test driving 3 cars we decided to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee for our son. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and patient with us and explained everything to us. I assume his good reviews came from white people, who he values as customers more than black people. He treated every black person he encountered disrespectfullly during my visit. I guess my money isn't green enough! He could've made 15 grand cash that day, if he was just honest, despite him lacking in professionalism....Black people....Do not shop with these people....They don't have respect for any of their black customers.....Horrible experience

by Jack from Manassas | February 20, 20201. Before I test drove the vehicle, they had to inflate one of the tires. 2. While driving the vehicle, I noticed that two of the air control buttons were on the floor and not on the dashboard. 3. It had a very cheap radio installed that not only stuck out from the dashboard but it interfered with the gear shift. 4. All of the things above I could have dealt with honestly. When I mentioned those things to the dealer, they offered to fix them BUT only if I made a "commitment" to buy it that day. Not sure about you but I wasn't going to buy a car with those issues before it was fixed. It's a nice car but not worth the hassle
