The Best Christmas Present

We have done many service appointments (oil changes, tires rotated etc ). I make appointments on my days off, set time and I’m in line when they open and get in and out quickly. I have never had any issues with that process ever! I was surprised with a card that had a coupon to buy a car of choice for Christmas. On Dec 25 I built my car of choice on the Century web site (make, model, color, motor, interior etc. ) and found 1 just how i wanted it, in transit. That in its self was a very fun process. I received it and could not be happier. Thank you Century for Craig who followed through and made all this happen for me, as it was ordered and scheduled to go to a different dealership initially. I love this dream car this was the best Christmas ever!

Apparently, his staff had not informed him of the reported issue at the time of my initial complaint. While nothing could change the past, I have to say that he did seem sincere in his concern about the circumstances and willingness to correct any shortcomings. He advised that his service department had undergone management/leadership adjustment since my negative experience . I have to give him credit and respect for reaching out even after a year. I choose to believe that he is genuinely concerned about his customers and was mislead by his then service staff.

We couldn't be happier with our Jeeps and the service we received. The first purchase went very smoothly and I was VERY happy to get that "extra" attention that Steve gave us during the process. He was attentive to our needs; very patient and very knowledgeable with explaining all the features on the vehicle. It was really nice when he sat in the passenger seat and helped me set my favorite radio stations and connect my phone to the Bluetooth! And he did the same for my son; this was very appreciated! It was nice to drive off the car lot feeling very comfortable with the feel of a new car!
