    Car wash offered with oil change

    We take our vehicle to get oil changes. Toyota says they offer a free car wash with an oil change, but so far, out of six oil changes, we have only been given two car washes. Every time there is an excuse: too cold, too busy, car wash isn’t working, can’t wash something with a trailer hitch on it. If the dealership doesn’t know how to operate a car wash, especially when other car wash companies can operate quite well, perhaps they should participate in some training, or simply not offer something they can’t do.

    Thank you to Gene and Curt for assisting me with the purchase of my new vehicle. I came from out of state after working with a dealership in my hometown whom were not cooperative or willing to go the extra mile for me. CR staff were kind, hard working and did not make me feel pressured at all. I appreciate the time and effort put in to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Curt was even planning to come in on his day off to help assist with financing before my flight was delayed. I am more than happy with my car and would recommend this dealership to others!

    I purchased a Rav42017 certified they helped me with the financial to be with in good APR rate. The price for a car was fair.They are very nice.

    They lied to me about the price of the car; the paperwork wasn't ready when I especially requested that it be -- I was on crutches and had a doctor's appointment I had to make; they had the wrong mileage. Instead of apologizing and expediting the process, they kept trying to chit-chat in order to get me to buy an extended warranty, in spite of repeated statements that I was not interested in talking about my family, how I liked my job, whatever. I believe the car was in an accident which wasn't disclosed. They don't publish negative reviews, and finally, IN SPITE OF ALL MY REQUESTS, instead of apologizing, they keep sending me birthday cards. Their disregard for the customers covers all bases. IT IS DISGUSTING -- I get an annual reminder.

    I drove nearly 100 miles to get to this dealership. At first, I did not want to, but am I glad I did! The whole process of buying my 07 Honda CRV was very pleasant and the people were helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place.

    I have been a CR Toyota customer for 20 years, between my wife and I, we have purchased 6 Toyotas from this dealership. Just when I thought my previous experiences out there couldn't possibly be topped, they managed to top themselves again, the other day, with my most recent purchase. Alan got me into the car I wanted, Wendy was able to get my deal done with Toyota and Kim got my vehicle registered within a day!!! You cant begin to understand how impressed and extremely grateful I am for everything. There aren't too many dealerships out there, if any, that could do the things, you all do, let alone care to do. I will NOT go anywhere else, but CR Toyota, for future purchases. Thanks again to Alan, Wendy and Kim. You are all beyond amazing!!!!!! The car buying process from start to finish has always been painless with this dealership and I would recommend anyone to shop here, when looking for a vehicle.

    I have used Toyota of CR for many years to service my Toyotas. Never once have they tried to sell me something I didn’t need, in fact, one time when the power steering rack was leaking a small amount, I was given the $900 option of replacing, or the $10 option of using a liquid sealer, (we will call it car magic) poured into the system. It worked perfectly for 5 years. Great people, great coffee, and have never let me down. Way to give car service departments a good name.

    I stopped into the dealership on Thursday, short notice. Wanted to see the XLE Sienna. Danny was prompt, attentive. He had the vehicle ready when we stopped into the dealership. We came back to the dealership on Saturday morning to complete the deal. Deal was fair. We are happy. Don't hesitate to ask for Danny.

    Best Car Buying Experience Ever

    I recently bought a new 2017 Toyota 4-Runner Limited from Chris Langhurst and his team. The service was superior every step of the way from 1) the initial view of the vehicle, 2) the test drive, 3) the financing with Toyota Financial, and 4) the final overview of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. Overall I received undivided personal attention from the Toyota team. I have bought many new and used cars from various dealerships in the area, and the experience with Cedar Rapids Toyota was by far the most outstanding car buying experience I've ever had. THANK YOU so much to Wendy for assisting with financing, and to Beckah for the exquisite overview of the truck before we took it home. I was extremely impressed with the process used by Toyota Financial and with Bekah for hooking up my smart phone to the Toyota Entune system. Everything about the showroom, lounge, and even the garage was immaculate. Chris, you and your Toyota team are VERY PROFESSIONAL and should be very proud.
