    Murano 2019
by JoAnn McCoy from Cedar Park,Texas | August 15, 2020

Thank you Eduardo, For taking the time to explain and show us all the different Nissan vehicles, so many choices, but you help me pin point exactly what I was looking for. Not once, did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle from Nissan, I like that! It wasn’t about you making a sale, but the consumer getting what they were looking for, so I thank you for that! I would definitely keep you in mind if I hear anyone looking for a vehicle. I will send them your way. Thanks again, Jo Ann McCoy

    LEMONS SOLD HERE
by Travis from Cedar Park, Texas | August 11, 2020

It's been one year since I've purchased my paper weight - I mean Chevy Equinox - from these snake oil salesmen. I can confidently recommend all first time car buys DO NOT SHOP HERE. I explained my situation to the salesmen: I was a first time car buyer looking for a reliable used car to replace my dying 13 year old Hyundai. 3 grueling hours later I leave, dazed by the paperwork I signed, which was unexplained to me. I was just happy to finally have a working car. A month later, the "new" battery died. When I called CP Nissan I was told "well, when we tested it, it was fine. Batteries sometimes die." So I paid $120 to replace it. A month later, the check engine light came on, for several reasons. The first was for the secondary air injection pump. I was told that this would be a $500 fix and since it wasn't essential for the car to run, they would not fix this. The second was for a broken cam shaft phaser, which I paid roughly $350 to fix. A month later, the car began to die while I was DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. This happened at least three times so I took it back to CP Nissan. As I parked in their parking lot, the timing belt broke. After almost a week of negotiating, I was able to momentarily make them admit their negligence and the paid for the repairs. They (Former GM Joe Adams) suggested they would try to put me into a different car (at a huge loss to me), but I was never given choices or the opportunity. Now, a year from purchasing and not even 9 months since the timing kit repairs, it has broken again, this time causing irreversible damage to the engine. In all, the repairs will cost close to $5,000, effective totaling my car. My only options are to buy a new engine for it or default on my loan and send it back to the Cedar Park Nissan parking lot as a cautionary tale to any potential customers: LEMONS ARE SOLD HERE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. BUYER BEWARE.

    Disappointed
by matt from cedar park, tx | August 08, 2020

I waited for 5 hours for basic maintenance. The shop was understaffed. I had a scheduled apt but people came and went hours before me. I reached out and was told I would be contacted by a manager, they sent me this link instead. Thanks!

    Oil change and alignment
by DanA from Austin, TX | July 30, 2020

Love taking my cars here for service. Tony is awesome, although I’ve never had bad customer service from any of their other advisors. Service is always top notch and complete in a reasonable time. I usually wait at the dealership since the facilities are great and I can camp out to get some work done while I wait. They have employed great COVID measures and I felt completely safe and comfortable while onsite. Thanks guys/gals!

When they do the inspection on your car during a routine oil change the will text you with additional service needs. Be aware you should get a firm estimate on the completion time. A 2:30 oil change took over three hours. I was told 30 minutes to add a break job. No update until I asked one hour past the promised completion time. The did give me a discount on the work but our Saturday plans were ruined by their sales process.
