    Shopped on line for a used Explorer. Cavender had what I was looking for at a good price and a very fair price for my trade. I was met at the door by Lee Thrasher who handled the entire buying process. Lee was very courteous and knew the product very well. I've been buying vehicles for over fifty years and I think this was the first time someone listened to what I wanted and didn't just push what they had to try to make a sale. A lot of dealers could take lessons here.

    Get your Ford vehicle serviced here! We are full time RVers and travel about 30000 miles a year, so we know about different levels of service at Ford dealership service centers. We called for an appointment Thursday afternoon and got one Friday morning. This is rare. I got to the shop a 1/2 hour before my appointment, and they started working on the truck right away. This is rare. The service technicians had started as mechanics in the same company a long time ago, so they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I waited in the waiting Room for about an hour and a 1/2, and they finished everything in that time period. This is rare. When I asked specific questions about the service, both service techs knew exactly what happened with our vehicle. This is rare. HIGHLY recommend this place! Thanks guys.

    NOT HAPPY. Went to look at new f-350, I told salesman what i would give for it. He agreed. Then manager looked at my trade and would give xxxx for it, i told him i needed more. I left. He text me and said he just got a better offer in for my trade and he could give xxxx for my trade and sell his for what we agreed on. I said it still wasn't enough that i was going to shop around. The next day the salesman contacted me said the GM was there today to bring my trade back he might could give more. So i make another trip down there to the surprise of He didn't want to sell his truck for what the manager the day before said yes to nor wouldn't give me what they said they would the day before on my trade. A WAIST OF TWO DAYS.

    Service employees were excellent - explained the recall of airbags (greatly appreciated), had all of the parts already there, friendly and completely professional.
