    AJ Mandell is a wonderful man who goes above and beyond to please his customers. I purchased my Honda Fit from AJ, I am 80 years old and this car was like finding a needle in a haystack when I was out and about looking. AJ went above and beyond to do all he was able to do to find and locate the exact car I wanted. He was kind, compassionate and an overall pleasant man. Due to covid19 my car was pretty much kept in the garage and when I finally went to start the car the battery was dead. I called AJ and immediately he had service call me and the car was towed by a very nice man and the situation was taken care of. Not only did AJ go above and beyond in helping me in this matter. When the car was finished, due to covid19 I explained to him that I have not left my house literally since March. AJ had the car delivered to the house for me. He is amazing and should definitely be recognized for all he brings to your company. He is a true asset to Honda, and a very very nice man.

    Advising Family and Friends to avoid Castle Honda

    Below is my story about a defective brand new Honda Odyssey and the run around I have been getting to get my car replaced....It is a safety hazard and I have no confidence this has been escalated......the dealership management have not been useful in helping me, frankly, they have been more of a stress point...I don't get calls back or emails confirming what I have asked......terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!!!!!!! I will continue to post day by day updates to all sites. ____________ Ajay Patel • 2 hours ago Day 3 – 12/4/2020 – no updates after multiple attempts from Castle Honda or Honda Corp. I even posted the below details and my experience on Castle’s Facebook page and it was removed. I tried multiple times and removed. I am going to try to call the manager of AJ Mundell today, I think his name is Tom Sondog (no one gave me his card or exact details), but not sure since Castle Honda would not give me his direct number…just the general dealership number. Also, as of yet, have not received the email I asked for from AJ Mundell on the case #, etc. on what he has done. I know what I have done and can provide that case number 3 days after he said he would do it on my behalf. I want proof, not just him saying it……still don’t have it. Trust is in question here. Will continue to send updates and I have also started to post to the Castle Honda site and will move forward with community sites shortly. Thanks..….more to come. It is a shame folks can't hear the truth on how a customer really feels about his experience. Castle Honda continues to delete my posts...I have tried at least 20 times and each time it is deleted...…..here it is: Day 2 – 12/3/202 of my escalation. I did get a call back from Honda Corporate, but they said it would talk 2-3 weeks to determine if they can take my car back. While they are deciding, the car is sitting in my driveway because my family is scared to drive the car due it dying out on the road as it has done a couple times already. The GM at Castle Honda, AJ Mundell sent me an email not really answering my questions. I asked for proof that he created a case for me.....no details...I have no faith, trust, or confirmation it was done. Without those things, why would I ever buy or service my car here every again or ever recommend Castle. Like I stated earlier, I created a case on 12/2 and Honda America said there was no previous case - which was supposed to be done on 11/28 by Castle Honda. Lost trust, a car that is just sitting there that is barely 1 year old...….unbelievable...…..Honda.....you lost a customer that has been loyal since 1994...…..I am still waiting...…been asking to escalate, but seems like my info is in some queue with the hopes I would stop and just go away.....but that won't happen...….have also advised my family and friends to avoid as well. If any of my Facebook friends need more details, please contact me and I can explain further

    My girlfriend and I just bought a certified honda CRV. Excellent vehicle, we love everything about it. It was the only dealership that didn't charge us extra for the honda certification. There was a very nice porter that helped transfer all of our belongings. Very helpful staff and excellent customer service.

    GREAT CERTIFIED CR-V

    Really nice dealership to buy from. I had been shopping for a certified Honda CR-V for a few weeks. I went to three other dealerships and all of them tried to charge me extra for the Honda Certification. Castle Honda was the only one that included it in their price. The CR-V had new tires and was in nice shape. I have drove it a lot since I bought it and its great. The building is a little old but they keep it clean. I liked that their doors where open so there was fresh air.

    General Manager Has Attitude Problems

    They sell used cars that are faulty and broke down. They promise to fix it after you purchase. Once the payment is exchanged they will forget about it and lie and say car comes as is. Worst dealership of Honda in Illinois. The general manager himself has attitude problems.

    Horrible Salespeople

    I bought a USED CRV-EX. I told them about the problems that the car had before purchasing. They told me it would be taken care of. However, once the money was exchanged and everything signed they refused and told me the car sells as is.. The backup camera which was advertised in the car poster does not work. They refuse to fix it as well as the headlights not working, oil super low, etc. This was my first experience and last experience with Castle Honda.

    Called to inquire about a crv ex

    I called and spoke with a salesperson inquiring about a crv. I was told I can’t hear you several times. Questions I asked were not yes r no, they were ah ha. When I told the male salesperson my occupation, he was able to hear me all of a sudden. I was paying cash for the car. Because of his ignorance on the phone you guys lost a cash paying customer. I will be going elsewhere. Horrible customer service over the phone. He had me on speaker, when I told him I was a police officer he could hear me all of a sudden.
