    I live about 40 miles from Castle Chevy in Villa Park. I had heard so much about the outstanding customer service so I made the trip. I have never purchased a car easier. There was absolutely no pressure. My sales rep was Ali Nikpouri and the General Manager Mike Castagnino worked out an offer with my 2007 Saturn trade in that I could live with. I recommend Castle Chevy in Villa Park for great customer service and deals you will love. My new 2020 Chevy Equinox is awesome. Thank you Castle Chevy Villa Park.

    Got Great Value Selling my Used Car

    Daniel Garcia at Castle Chevrolet in Villa Park came through for me, Big Time! I had recently purchased a new Honda, and was looking to sell my 2004 Civic, in fairly decent shape for a 16-year-old car. To this point, I had only received mediocre to poor offers. After getting an on-line quote from Kelley Blue Book, Laura Castillo from the Castle Buy Center reached out to me via electronic media, inviting me to come in for a higher quote/offer. Am I ever glad I did! Daniel gave me a more than fair offer, which I eagerly accepted. Within 48 hours, they had my car and I had a check in my hand! The whole process was quick and seamless, and the dealership appeared extremely well kept in the guidelines of the highest COVID safety standards. Many thanks to Daniel and Laura for a great experience. If you live in Chicago’s Western Suburbs and need to sell, you are missing a great opportunity if you don’t stop by Castle Chevy in Villa Park to get an offer. I imagine you’ll probably do pretty good if you are looking to buy a new Chevy too!

    totally incompetent service people

    These people probably couldn't get hired anywhere else and they got hired here on the cheap. If you get service here, you better have very low expectations for quality of the work and communication. I would not buy a car here if you are hoping to have it serviced here as well.

    HORRIBLE SERVICE!

    If I could give this place zero stars I would! Let me tell you about my horrible experience with this place. My truck was due for an oil change so I get a text from them reminding me. I setup my oil change appointment all though text for a Saturday. In the text message I made it very clear that I would need a loaner, as I had plenty errands to run. They replied saying that, that was fine and it would not be a problem. Ok so Saturday comes, I drive all the way up there. (I do not live close) I give my keys to the service advisor and we start the process. We were about done and I told him that I needed a loaner. He tells me that they dont give loaners for oil changes. I asked him why did they tell me that through text and I showed him the text messages. He said that the call center does not know what they are doing. He did offer to have someone drop me off while my car was being serviced but I had so many errands to run and places to go I decided to leave and not get service done that day. So after I leave I decided to call to speak to a manager to let them know what happened so they can let the call center people know not to share false information so they don't do this to other customers. So they dont have to drive up there for no reason like I did. I get transferred to 10 different people and get all voicemails! One time the receptionist didn't even answer. The phone just rang and went straight to the music, as if i was put on hold. I finally get in touch with someone after forever on the phone and they said I will have to talk to the service manager, Lou Gutierrez. Supposedly he was not there Saturday so I called Monday. Ofcourse he doesn't answer so I decide to leave a voice-mail. I let him know everything that happened. I left my name and number and asked him to please call me back. It has been over a month and I have gotten NO call or apology til this day. I have since switched over to Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet in Roselle and have had no problem there. Do not get your service here. xxxx this place!

    Warranty Scam

    I purchased a 2015 used Chevy Sonic from them in 2017 and have just now finished fixing all the things that they lied to me about on the vehicle. It had been in a front end crash that took over $6K in body work and repairs. I paid for an extended warranty on the vehicle that should have covered a replacement radiator... I took the vehicle into Castle when it started overheating I was told after 2 days of them having my car and not returning my calls that the warranty company would not cover it because it was a non GM radiator in the car, mind you that was what was in the car when they sold it and the warranty to me. After having to involve the State Attorney to get only part of the warranty cost refunded I found out that they had never even called the warranty company about it and that they would have covered it if Castle has just reached out to them... Buyer beware, they have a terrible rating on the BBB for a good reason.

    This is the worst dealership ever!!!

    Buyer beware!!!! I recently bought a used SUV from this dealership with an aftermarket warranty. This warranty is refundable and would be prorated for the amount of time remaining. The warranty can only be refunded through the finance manager. This manager will never return your call. I explained that I'm selling my SUV and that I will no longer need the warranty ($3,700). I called multiple times leaving voice mails to the finance and the General Manager and still no response. I live about an hour away, I was hoping to resolve this over the phone or at least setup a time for me to cancel in person. This dealership is very dishonest and very poor customer service.

    Went to see a sedan there and got the run around. All prices were upcharged, they wouldn't negotiate at all, and they wouldn't even let me get the car inspected. Worst dealership I've ever been to. Avoid Castle Chevrolet!

    I recently called to inquire about a new Blazer and some of its features. I used to own one and was very excited to here it had come back. I called this dealer and spoke to a woman by the name of jackie. She was the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I just started looking for what i want but had called a few dealers before castle and was very underwhelmed with the information i had received. Jackie knew just about everything. If i do decide to purchase a new blazer it will definitely be from castle because of the service jackie provided to me.

    Purchasing my truck was an average experience. After that day I have never been treated the same at that dealership. I couldn't even say that the staff if polite. They walk around like they're unhappy and talk to me like I am bothering them. I was promised free oil changes for life when I purchased my truck and a year later they took it away. I had a tail light out and figured I'd have them replace it when I brought it in for an oil change. They quoted me $85.00 for parts and labor. So the next day I bought the $4.00 bulb and replaced it myself in literally 2 minutes. I realize it's a business but that is excessive. The only reason I still deal with these people is because I am in the free tires for life program and I have to keep getting the scheduled maintenance done by them to remain eligible. I can't wait for them to try and screw me out of that also. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership and I will tell everyone I know not to go there either. I've never been treated like I spent $35k of my hard earned money at that place.
