    I've purchased many vehicles and used to work in dealer finance (the banking and dealer hold end) for years. This was the most reasonable, hassle-free, smooth purchase I have ever made or facilitated. Our salesperson, Jordan, was respectful and attentive. We knew exactly what we were looking for and he was helpful in making sure we had all of the details to make a decision about the vehicle. We bought with confidence and were out of the dealership, in the new-to-my-son Mustang, within an hour of us making the decision to purchase. Outstanding job!!

    Chris and Aaron did not present all the facts when I went in to buy out my lease, even after putting a substantial $ down . Buyer beware. Don't believe that satisfaction guarantee garbage.

    Charles Archer at Kia was excellent. I am a hard customer when it comes to the car buying business. I am serious about my business and money. Charles did a wonderful job and actually had my husband and I laughing. He was patient while my husband and I looked at almost all the new and used cars in every model on a 90 degree day. Yes it was hot! If you go buy a car ask for Charles. I have to admit the whole staff from the managers to the finance department were fun and did an excellent job.

    I would recommend another dealership in Hampton Roads. Tried to return my new vehicle per their 3 day money back guarantee clause.
