    Steve worked his magic on getting me a vehicle after my current vehicle broke down. Due to the nature of the event, I was unprepared financially and he was able to get me into a vehicle I actually liked, I didn't have to settle.

    We specifically asked our sales person, Gabai Garcia, if the 2008 Ford F350 we wanted to buy was unmodified and the engine in stock condition. He gave an elaborate response to that affect. 11 days after purchase, the truck displayed oil in the coolant. Two certified Ford Mechanics confirmed the engine was heavily modified with the EGR and DPF modules removed. They also asserted the oil leak likely pre-dated our purchase. Darin Carville, the acting manager, simply challenged the truthfulness of our complaints and failed to address the issue to our satisfaction. 11 days into owning a vehicle that was not what we were told it was, we paid $4500 to get it fixed. Carville's claims to have family values and high standards. They not only misrepresented the vehicle, they then accused us of bending the truth, despite corroborating input from two certified mechanics. We made a big mistake trusting Carville's. That is on us. Buyer be very aware.

    My family has been purchasing from this car lot since I was 14 years old(I’m now almost 24) when we moved first moved to Colorado. My first car purchase was smooth and exciting when my dad took me at 18 and I got a great deal because my parents had bought cars and stayed loyal to them previously. Fast forward to my next 2 car purchases without my dad at 21 and 23 years old along with buying my husbands first car from them- we were told that we were approved for vehicles with specific miles that were through specific years and I didn’t remember there being any specifics during my last purchase but I trusted the dealership because they had been so good to us before(1st mistake). After we purchased mine and my husband’s vehicles in 03/2018 and 07/2018, I called our finance companies and asked them why it had to be so specific because we got vehicles that we weren’t ecstaic about and nothing like what we had walked in looking for but that we liked and they said they NEVER gave specifics for the car that we could get JUST THE LOAN AMOUNT. Come to find out that is because the salesmen are trying to get rid of specific vehicles to turn a profit and that’s what the managers told them to give us instead of the loan amount like the financing institutions gave them and should have told us. A week after purchasing my last vehicle my brakes started to act weird, called the dealership with them taking a look at it and saying nothing was wrong. Finally after another week and almost getting into a wreck at 6 months pregnant because it was nearly impossible to push the brakes in hard enough and quick enough to stop the car, my husband threatened to sue because the brake booster had been out and had needed to be replaced for quite awhile and had been “rigged”. They took the car back and replaced it within a week. Not even a few months later my brother was pulled over after purchasing a car from Carvilles and was almost arrested because they never turned in the paperwork for the bill of sale making it look like my brother stole the car. My brother had to work with the DA to have his name cleared ending with Carvilles getting hit with a huge fine. Never again will we buy from this dealership and they lost 7 good customers between me and my family. I used to recommend people to them all the time as did my dad and grandparents. Now we warn people to stay away from them at all costs.
