    Carson Toyota is a great car dealer. They care about your needs, they are always willing to work with the customer. Manager, sales person, finance dept and service dept very great customer service. In definately would recommend them in every level. Juan Esquerer from Service dept was really great with us and worked very hard for us to get approved through our warranty for a service repair. Thank you Juan for everything you did for us,

    It's hard to rate an oil change - I guess the fact that there was no oil spilled in the engine compartment is relevant,but I can't think of much else to evaluate..

    EASY APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING. APPROXIMATELY A 15 MINUTE WAIT FOR SERVICE REP TO REGISTER MY SERVICE ORDER. BEST PART WAS MINIMAL WAIT FOR COURTESY DRIVER (ABOUT 10 MINUTES) TO TAKE ME BACK.TO WORK. VEHICLE MAINTENANCE (TIRE ROTATION AND INSPECTION) TOOK ABOUT 2 HOURS TO COMPLETION. VEHICLE BROUGHT IN AT 7:30 A.M.

    Adriana assisted since Daniel was scheduled to arrive after 9:00 a.m. I requested a loaner. She approved it. Daniel was updating me regarding the service. The repair was completed in a timely manner.
