    I got my first oil change on my 2016 Nissan Rogue, 
 and I was very pleased with the attention I was
 given and how polite the guy was who processed

    Carson Nissan dealership is awesome. My husband and I drove my Nissan Maxima in for service on Saturday 28, 2017, for a oil change. We met with Christina Martinez, manager who welcome us and was very concerned about our car. After waiting for a few minutes she call us an told us about the diagnosis of our car. Since we could not wait until 4.00 p.m., we were provided with a rental car so we could finish our task that was planned for the day. The day was beautiful and when I pick up my car it had been washed and it was shining like new. I love Carson Nissan, and this is the best dealership I have been to. I love the popcorn in the waiting area. My Maxima is only 4 years old and I will be buying my next car from Carson Nissan

    Goal: Oil Change

    Overall it is good to have the oil changed at Carson Nissan even though a heavy drive from the university in Anaheim. The work was accomplished in good time while taking breakfast at the Spires Restaurant down the street. The recommendations for service were a bit over done with wanting to change the brake and other fluids at 55K miles. The changing of engine and interior filters was reasonable which was done -- driving Interstate 5 with dust storms possibly justified the interior filter. As an engineering student in the 1950's and sometime working on cars it is good to report that five of my other vehicles all are well over 100K miles without all this excess. Perhaps it is helpful to have excellent Vietnamese mechanics close to the university who do the heavy repairs on all my vehicles. I know the "sales" of service enhances the bottom line, but what is really necessary should be the modus operandi for good business.
