    Purchased a used car that had an issue with operating safety headlamps. Turns our car was in collision and the vehicle had two "safety" inspections while with dealership. They would have seen this if they really did an inspection to see the lights were not working. Still not resolved.

    Bought a car after my first one was totaled. My first purchase was at this dealership. Sales staff is great, awesome experience. As I was purchasing the new car, the finance staff helped me in getting my gap process started. However, for the pass week I’ve been playing phone tag with the “directors” of finance Wendy, so promised me that she’d send out a confirmation of my previous 6 year waranty cancelation. I am upset that at this point I have been forced to drive to the dealership again because they can’t get their act together. I’m all totally recommend the staff, I would avoid this particula

    I have had my vehicle serviced at Carson Nissan three times, each time was a positive experience. Their hours of operation are really good also, the service department is open in the weekends, and they have an express lube service so you don't need an appointment for oil changes, just drive in and wait while they work on your car.
