    THREE WORDS: AWESOME! OUTSTANDING! NO HASSLE!!! Mary and Brandon at CARSINDEX made buying my new car sooo easy and they made me feel so welcome and special.     Went in to look at a used civic LX, and it was pretty much no pressure. When I told the salesman to look around, he was pretty persistent to hand me the key fob to the car I was initially interested in. I took it for a spin, spoke with Jesus, got a loan, and got my car. He was pretty on point about the loan, too. Told me it was a higher interest rate because it was my first car loan. That he highly recommended I look into refinancing down the line. All in all, my only one issue is that I couldn't get more for my trade it. But -- even at a private sale price, I'd probably walk away with the same amount (needed some repairs).

    Traveled 1hr and 10 min to get my wife her car. She loved it...Best price around. On cars.Com the vehicle make model and features of this car came up with 8 results...The other 7 cost more and most were on the west coast. Brandon was great over the phone..And in person..Very good business.

    CAR INDEX BUYERS BEWARE - LEMONS FOR SALE

    ****CAR INDEX BUYERS BEWARE***** Car Index sold me a lemon. I purchased a 2015 Audi A3 with 17,000 miles. I should have known the car was questionable by the way the salesman Mark was trying to cram it down my throat. I purchased the car the third week of June with an engine/trans warranty extended warranty. After relocating out of state in July the car started having problems including almost immediately. Issue 1: The handle tap auto lock feature stopped working. When I called Cars Index they told me to just replace the battery in the key fob, which I did. The issue still persists. Issue 2: In August warning notifications of ‘ABS malfunction’, ‘hold assist disabled’ and ‘passengers air bag off’ came on. I took it to a local Audi dealership who advised that the ABS module is dead and would need to be replaced, which was not covered under the warranty. A $3600.00 repair. They stated that they could not address any of the other issues until the ABS issue was resolved. I called Cars Index and was told they would get back to me but never did. Issue 3: Last week the car wouldn’t start with a warning notification to ‘turn off ignition, drained battery’. I replaced the battery, but the issue still persists. In the last 7 days I’ve had to call road side assistance to jump the car 4 time. Two out of the four jumps were unsuccessful. I’ve had the car towed to two different shops, neither of which were unable to diagnose the problem. I was told that it may be the alternator, though it was not indicated during the diagnostic. I called Cars Index and was told they would speak with the owner and get back to me. I never received a call. Issue 4: Today when I attempted to start the car, it again failed to start. Showing a warmings of ‘faulty brake system’, and ‘electrical system malfunction’. And the engine light is on. This is all in conjunction with the other error messages. I have been sending Cars Index pictures of the dash with all the lights and warnings. Yet nothing has been done. They haven’t offered to compensate me for the three separate diagnostic fees, for the 4 jumps or the 2 tows. They have not offered to work with a shop or Audi dealership in my area to address the issues and pay for the repairs. I have been stranded four times, with children in the car, waiting for help. I’m not sure what needs to happen before Car Index will admit that they sold me a lemon. Let my experience be a forewarnings before you think about purchasing a car from Cars Index.

    Worst Car dealership. Fast taking lies.

    Went it to buy a vehicle and trade one in. I told the GM we would pay full price. He gave me a trade-in number for my jeep, then said he would get back to me. I talked to him each day about when are we going to transact the deal. Looked me in the eyes saying I guarantee I will get back to you. Strung me out for three days then sold the car I wanted without even letting me know. This place is nothing but a house of cards and lies.
