    Never buy a extended warranty only for 2 years even if car new. They will tell you different $ goes into finance managers pocket. Also had a recall on flickering headlights, service dept. Didnt realize I received a recall letter on 1014 kia, tried to say not under warranty, had car 18 months, then I told them had recall letter for issue they said not covered. This dealership will RIP you off very bad. Never buy extended warranty only for radio .

    Carriage Kia of Gainesville. Worst dealership I've ever experienced. I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima hybrid. Engine blew up at a 120k miles. I had to replace the engine which cost me $5500. When I got the car back keep smelling fumes coming from the ventilation system. Turns out there was a hole in the valve cover. So I took it back and they put silicone in the vow cover gasket to patch the hole. They keep telling me they're going to repair it but it's been a month now I can't get anyone to do anything not even the gGeneral Manager. Please people do not use this dealership!!!!!

    Excellent, buying 2019 Mazda CX-9 Sig Sight Unseen

    Great buying experience, although it's always nerve-wracking to purchase a car sight-unseen. But, we trusted the photos and description, as well as the friendly sales staff. They assured us that we'll be happy with our purchase, and they were correct. We got a barely used 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature with built-in remote start for ~10k below list price. They even delivered the car for a very reasonable fee! We've driven it for 8 months now, and it's been flawless. Very happy with the dealer and with purchase. Would not hesitate using them again!

    After some research I decided to check out what Carriage Kia had to offer me. I was met by our great sales rep Oscar Razo and he made the process easier than I could have imagined. It was more of a conversation rather than someone trying to sell me something. Loved the options he offered. It really made the decision really easy. I would recommend Oscar and Carriage Kia to anyone!

    Love my brand new Kia!

    after test driving Ford Escapes, Jeeps and RAV4s I decided I needed to test a Kia. I went to Carriage Kia for that purpose. I wasn’t expecting to walk out with a brand new Kia Sorento but after my test drive and hearing the great warranty I knew I found the perfect SUV for me. (I’m picky so that’s really saying something) Mario was very helpful and very PATIENT with me, answering every question I could think of and dealing with me for hours picking out the perfect Sorento. I feel confident that I will be a Kia customer for life after this.
