He even took the vehicle to my mechanic in the area for a pre-purchase inspection. So happy I was able to make it to Indy to meet with him, albeit during a very busy weekend for the dealership! Despite the challenges, Josh was always positive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the transaction.

I was able to facetime and look at the entire truck up close. All chips and minor scratches were shown to me. The truck had all the options and seemed to be very well taken care of. The dealer described the vehicle very accurately. I pulled the trigger and put deposit on it. The credit app was easy I flew up the next day and drove it 1000 miles home with no issues. I will continue to search their inventory for my next cars. They have the quality I demand at very fair prices.

They avoid answering questions about condition of the car, then they don't get back to you and make up excuses and completely waste your time. Don't make an offer, they'll tell you that you have a deal and then leverage you against other possible buyers. I have honestly never left a review for any company or product, but this place was disappointing enough for me to go out my way to warn other consumers. Stay away!

Gentleman called me and assisted in a pre-purchase inspection. After that when the findings from the inspection revealed $10k with of repairs required (A few that were major maintenance), communication broke down. I was contacted about purchasing the vehicle with a "We owe you" I live a few states away and wanted to drive up there buy the vehicle and drive back. Funds were secured, but the repairs weren't completed, and the sale was never made. Was contacted and told, the repairs were too extensive and that the car would just be returned to auction.

I contacted them twice via cargurus,email at least twice , Facebook messenger and three phone calls. During my first call which I had to make as no one replied to my enquiry I gave the sales associate , Tyler . All the information he needed my end to make the purchase simple and immediate No trade in I have cash I’m motivated today to purchase Need shipping availability and cost to Nashville Tyler told he would call me back in an hour . And would email details following that Call never happened Email never happened I messaged through Facebook . Again ! No reply I call Put on hold for considerable . But that’s ok Tyler is off that today. That’s fine . I explained . I eventually get a call of another sales associate who had my requirements wrong thinking I was buying cayenne for my daughters . Nope. I had said if this deal goes well I am also looking for a car for my twin daughters. He was vague and disinterested and said “well we have had this car for a long time because it has so many issues” So ,the car was not as advertised on car gurus showing clean pictures and a glowing description of the car . Failing to mention it had many serious issues. A retail price and also suggests it is finance eligible which i did not need. Basically there is a lack of Professionalism and transparency in how carmel motors operates. I shall continue my search and shall never attempt to look at carmel motors inventory based on deplorable experience I had.
