  Carlotz employees were friendly and helpful during the whole process of trading in my car and getting a new one! I’m so happy I went to CarLotz and glad I found a very good deal. My only suggestion would be to detail and clean the cars before the owner drives off the lot.

  Mrs. Wilkerson is absolutely the best. She provided me with the most amazing car buying experience. Because I live in another state, my first few weeks of working with Mrs. Wilkerson was solely over the phone, through calls and text messages. She worked with my busy schedule, and was very quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. Mrs. Wilkerson was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. She listened to what I wanted and made sure she kept me within budget. I didn’t feel like the usual pressured car buying experience at all. She was very easy to work with, and went far above and beyond my expectations. We even joked a little. I have referred a relative to her, that has also purchased a vehicle. And I will be referring all my other relatives, friends, and colleagues to her, despite her location. I definitely plan to purchase all future vehicles from Mrs. Wilkerson.
