  Wanted me to take what they wanted me too. They offered me 2 cars to high out of my price range. They are horrible. Not what i was expecting and tbey have multiple Customers at once sobut qas an all day process. Wasted my time!!

  I was treated like good customer looking to purchase a vehicle. Dan Mcdonald worked with and helped me with my purchase. I felt welcomed and the vibe here is really nice comfortable. I would point someone to this place 10 times out 10 if they were looking to buy a vehicle. Really nice place!

  DAN MACDONALD IS THE BEST!!! I NEEDED A CAR ASAP AND HE MADE IT HAPPEN THE SAME DAY. HE MADE ME HIS MAIN FOCUS THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE! HE HAD MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS COME HIM TO SEE HIM BUT SOME HOW WAS ABLE TO ASSEST THEM AND STILL TAKE CARE OF THEM AT THE SAME TIME. HE SHOULD BE IN MANAGMENT! GREAT PERSON WITH A REAL PERSONS HEART.

  I never dealt with a car dealer before getting my new 200. So I had no clue what to do. The moment I walked in to the doors I was greeted with a warm smile and hand shake from Danny Macdonald. From that I was blown away because before I could even form any questions, all was answered on what I needed to do, how to do it, and every little detail on every part of the process. My experience was amazing, and I will be referring friends and family here. This is absolutely the only place to go.

  AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  I called on Tuesday inquiring about a vehicle and Dan MacDonald informed me that it was still available. He stated if I do decide to come in to come see him. I am glad that I did come see him. Dan informed me of the specials that were currently running on different makes and models. I took about and hour with me to work out different number and programs. Dan and the staff here then took the time to keep working on the deal to try and find me the right car that my credit would allow. He then called me and said we found a black 200 that is newer that will work for the deal we are trying to work. I assured him that I wanted to do business with him. He sent a driver to grand ledge Michigan to get this particular black 200 that I want. Dan made sure that he kept in contact with me everyday explaining what I need and what the owner was doing on my behalf. Dan quoted me a higher note but him and the owner Mr. Lang was able to lower my note by 50 dollars per week. I am truly pleased with all the hard work Dan and the CARITE team have put into this deal.
