    By far the best car buying process I have ever been through. Was helped by an individual named Michael who was very knowledgeable about all the products, was very upfront and honest, about the process, and most importantly went above and beyond to help me get the right vehicle for me in a timely manner. I will only be shopping for cars here in the future and will recommend it to anyone who will listen.

    Sold me a lemon, cut and ran!

    Where to begin? I desired to purchase a 2018 Kia Soul EV out of state from Carbiz Autos. Not only did they explicitly lie to me regarding negotiating the warranty, they delivered to me a car that has been wrought with issues since I took the delivery. When I attempted to return the car, it was then and only then that they pointed me to their "fine print" 200 mile limit for their returns. Since then, the vehicle has been at the manufacturer dealer for over a month, trying to fix brake knocks, the A/C going out intermittently, and an infotainment system on the fritz. Thank you Carbiz for passing your lemon on to me!

    Fred at Baltimore Carbiz was a joy to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The process was smooth as can be since we only deal with Fred from start to finish. The facility was clean and very modern. No-haggle dealerships are the way to go, in my opinion, and they really cut down on the mental stress and time spent finalizing the deal. Highly recommended.

    So I went to take my Lexus there to trade in. Every other dealership said they would give $17k Javier there said 13k. The way they justify this, is by doing a KBB in the back office (base models of the car) and bring you out your car without any features.

    Syed was awesome. Very professional and efficient. Got a preowned Tesla which are hard to find. Super clean. Runs great. There was only one key but they brought the second key in the next day. Highly recommended!

    These guys play all the tricks of the car game. Bait and switch and oh that car is at our other lot. Just a huge waste of time and I'll never deal with them again!

    Terrible experience (aka Car diss)

    I called in advance to request a test drive for the following day and I made sure to let the sales person know that I was driving from 60 miles (and over an hour and a half) away. I have bought cars from many other dealerships in the past and they always have the decency of putting the car on hold for you. But not Carbiz. For all the swankiness and sleekness they brag about, their lack of respect for the customers' time is non-existent. I was exactly a block away from arriving to my appointment when I got the dreaded phone call. I still decided to stop by. The "Experience Specialist" (salesman) I had the unfortunate experience to deal with gave me all kinds of excuses for what they did ("it's not my fault", "I had no idea it had been sold", "a guy just walked in and paid in cash", etc..). I asked to speak to his manager, with no expectation to solve anything but just to make sure he heard directly from me how bad their customer service was. By talking to him and the salesman, it became obvious to me that this is standard practice. As soon as I left, I found a similar car 20 miles away, called the dealer and, without asking, he said he was going to put the car on hold for me until I arrived. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional dealer like Carbiz and it will be my last. If you plan to buy (or even just test drive a car) from this company be warned that your visit may be in vain.
