    If you don't want car dealer scams, misogyny, sketchy, unethical, terrible customer service - THIS IS A PLACE TO AVOID. I leased a new car from this dealer. When I asked them about the over mileage (3 person)over 3 times,they said don't worry,your insurance will provide it. I said I haven't heard about this.but they insisted we know about this. You can guess what happened 3weeks later,I got a mail that I have to pay over mileage. this is an unprofessional dealer.

    If you need a new car this is the place! Ahmad "Sam" and the Manager Todd took care of me. They worked out a great price on a Telluride LX. I visited 4 different dealerships and when I called Car Pros they took care of me right away! I drove 3 hours out of town and it was so worth it. Plus they made the experience fun! Great music at the dealership and you got to ring a bell, lol! So happy with our new car!

    TOTAL SCAM - LIES- GET EVERYTHING WRITTEN ON PAPER

    AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. TOTAL SCAM. UNETHICAL TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This is the worse service I have received in getting a car. I had always gone through a broker but was in a rush to exchange my dad's car so decided to make the decision to lease a car from a dealership instead of my broker this time. WORST. MISTAKE. EVER. I went to look at the car but it was priced too high - 300/month lease. I decided to leave the premises but was chase down by the associate, Joseph . I immediately called my broker and was able to get a better price, however, Joseph verbally agree for a lower price (and was able to get it written) HOWEVER, he was suppose to take care of the mileage of the other car and any additional fees. He said "Don't worry about it, I'll take care of the fees". Mind you, while we discussed, they did check the other car mileage PHYSICALLY. FAST FORWARD one week later - I gets a bill for over $1400. I called this dealership, MULTIPLE TIMES, left messages with the associates AND manager. The manager never called back, so I decided to call the corporate office and the corporate office indicated that I needed to go back to the dealership to deal with it because it was with them. Went back to the dealership - and Joseph tried to "discuss" the issue with me and how there was a "misunderstanding" and that he continued to twist my words - MISOGYNY at it's finest. He said that they only paid "$90" for the fees. He insisted that the other car was not checked due to the mileage and that I "did not mentioned that it was over any mileage". How is this possible when they PHYSICALLY CHECKED IT and WROTE IT DOWN. Long story short, they refuse to take care of the bill and deny everything. Guess they need to lie to make a decent commission here. If you're looking for a KIA - please do yourself a favor and never come here, especially when you're a woman because they think that you have rocks for brains and can't remember a conversation that has been had only a few weeks ago. Based on reviews - I guess I wasn't the only one that was scammed or blatantly lied to regarding a deal. So BEWARE!

    Horrible mistake shopping Kia at Glendale Kia. I would not go back even if my maintenance was free. What a scam. Had multiple issues here both with sales and service department. One nightmare after another. NEVER AGAIN.

    Kia Optima S purchase

    Worst buying experience. Had agreed on a price by phone with Sale person "Felix" a week prior and confirmed the day I was going to drive the 1.5 hours to get there. Alhambra Kia was offering the same vehicle for $100 less, but I didn't think the extra money was worth the drive. Wanted to show up, sign the papers, and leave. Didn't work out that way.... We arrived and were told Felix was busy, but the sale manager "Tom" would help us. I told him the vehicle was a Optima S (white), which they had 7 or 8 posted on their web with that exact model, color, and pricing. I didn't ask for any additional deals or better pricing. He provided a price $3,000 higher than the agreed price. I explained he forgot the dealer reduction in price of $3,100 and he explained he sells these vehicle for $5,000 over the MSRP. What???!!! These vehicles are on the way out for the 2020 models and all dealers are selling then about $3000 below MSRP and also Kia was offering $4,000 off this vehicle. I explained to "Tom" that I had an agreed price around $23,000 out the door. He then told me that "Felix" should be fired for offering the vehicle for this advertised price. We walked out at this time, what a scam, but saw Felix standing in the parking lot. Felix was told of what was said and had us return to get the vehicle at the agreed price. We were told the vehicle we were purchasing (last with the sunroof) was not "that" vehicle listed on the web. I showed him the advertised price, and was then told it was not for the "white:" optima. I showed him 6 adds listed that exact vehicle and color and again were in the process of walking out. He then stated if he could get the price advertised, would I get the vehicle, which I agreed. Over two hours there and going through the scam process again, we got the vehicle for the advertised price. Felix wasn't fired...go figure. The only positive experience was signing the papers, which was quick, after waiting over an hour. You can decide if you want to buy or not from this dealer, but I will never go back there again.

    Lies after lies. Got a text confirming price and verbal confirmation that standard money factor based on credit. Credit is tier 1 and they wont tell me my money factor instead they want me to agree to mothly payment without knowing anything else. When i got up to leave the GM said "suck my ****"
