    Mario will low ball you and attempt to make extra money off of you. They never washed my car after purchase as promised. Testdrove car on empty tank. Had to remind Mario to put gas into the car. Made side money off of "accessories" that I didn't need since I have my own insurance. Did not want to come down on the car price. Gave me a 1/2 tank of gas when picking up car.

    They told me they can't tell if its been wrecked

    Don't go here unless u want to buy a wrecked car. Also they have a $795.00 fee on top of tax/Reg and other fees. I was told the Honda Pilot 2016 was clean and no wrecked. I drove two hours away to see a wrecked car. It was so obvious with the over sprayed and bubbled in the paint on fender. Either the sale guy is blind or he just straight up lied that it's clean looking. What a waist of my time.

    Pura gente prepotente en especial el manager de verdad muy mala experiencia no se lo recomiendo este dealer a nadie Después de ahí fiumos a CarMax q diferencia de personas verdaderos vendedores

    Made deal - then dealer disappeared!

    We made an agreement, in writing, about a price for a car; and I agreed to purchase the car for the agreed price. That was 8 days ago - I have not heard a single thing back from the dealer, no text, no call, no email. Either the dealer sold the car to someone else (unlikely, because it is still listed for sale on many websites), or they 'changed their mind' over our written agreement. Regardless of the reason, basic human decency involves telling the person 'I will no longer sell the car to you at the price we agreed upon' to at minimum, close the agreement.

    Won’t respond to me after car I just bought

    Car broke just down the road after purchasing. Won’t respond to my calls or text. Bought a 2011 bmw 335is. Do not buy from them, had to bring it to Bmw for 1k$ in repairs. Not happy.

    I checked out the Ford F-250 truck and there’s was a lot wrong with it mechanically. I ask them to fix it before I purchased and they ignored my request because I assume they will find a sucker to buy it without hassling them. I talked to the sales representative at first but he kept on stating he needs to talk to his manager, which is the owner’s brother. He didn’t want to even deal with my request and ignored my calls. Horrible customer service and even if there’s another truck that showed up that’s cheaper than the rest, I’d rather pay more than buy a LEMON at Car Lux.

    Went to see this 2012 S550 Black Mercedes on the lot and it was completely dead right from the start. Didn't even start up. so the "sales guys"decided to jump start it, bad idea. should of walked away from the get go, the lights were defected, the tires were worn, missing a floor mat and the sunroof had electrical issues. The salesman alberto said the car was sitting for 2weeks without starting. So go figure. In a nut shell...it was just a nightmare, i drove here for an 1 1/2 and the car wasn't even repaired or ready for me to buy or pick up the next day. Im so glad i didn't purchase this junk. Buyer beware, watch out for these guys. Car-Lux Sucks!!!..Literally. Stay away from this car dealership.
