    Unfortunately I couldn’t give this place a Zero Star. The workers are so arrogant and Rude. The Fees are almost $2,500. I have knowledge towards legit Fees and most of them are fraud. Once I pointed it out the owner himself wasn’t thrill of course, so he made a scene in order for the other buyers wouldn’t listen because there goes his PROFITS and stealing money from people. I just recommend you guys to do your research before purchasing a car here because they will stealing any money they can from you guys. I hope this review helps you guys to realize there are so much better dealer than this and hopefully this will save your time and for you guys so avoid getting a Headache!

    DONT BUY THERE!!

    They sell you a lemon! Purchased a car less than a month ago and it’s not working. The car won’t start and the fix will cost me like another car. The warranty wouldn’t cover for it and the dealership won’t cancel the agreement or take responsibility for the fix

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Found these guys on website and saw decent prices so called on a car I wanted to see. They said it was available and when I got there they of course said "It just sold but we have many others...". So I viewed their stock and decided to purchase a car even tho they did a classic bait and switch, that was my mistake. After driving off lot I started noticing issues! First small things but then huge! Big enough I failed inspection... Repeatedly. First missing oil cap. I called and they said not their problem. Then check engine light goes on when I purchase new cap and again they said not their problem. At this point I was fed up because many small things happened but then radiator overheats... Repairs are going to cost me more than I paid for car! I am debating junking car and getting lawyer. Worst experience I ever had buying a used car...

    Beware of snacks and used car dealerships

    Sold me a car that was damage but was not informed somehow they circumvent the car fax. And to add insult to injury after the contract was signed and you receive the check, a week later you called me to inform me that there was a glitch and your computer didn’t add on $995 of dealers prep which is over the top. The dealership did not release my plate’s until they got the additional $995. My believe is that the dealership should you have eaten the oversight and not come after the customer to weeks later for what was there error. And you wonder why people don’t trust car salesman and dealerships only word I got to say is SNAKE !!!

    Drive on by. Certainly don't know anything about cars. Selection of lemons and junkers for the uninformed. Lazy and shady ... Needed a shower after visiting this slimy outfit

    I contacted car2sell meet Ziad who glad took my down payment and I bought a 08 GMC Yukon Denali XL and it’s a lemon they sold the car and this car has not run the way it should since I bought it they attempted to fix the car 5 times and had the car in and out of different mechanics for total of 3 weeks barley drove the car a week, this car broke down with my kids in and had us stranded for hours and I received 4 tickets due to the engine problems this vechile has and now I have to go to court the officer wanted to tow the car because it wouldn’t drive over 10mph on a 65mph Highway. Car2sell failed and refuse to give me my money back or get me different vechile.

    Review The good news is that the vehicle seems mechanically sound and I like the way it runs. The staff also was serving my favorite meal, which was pleasant. The purchased vehicle had a broken mirror of which we asked the manager to fix because we knew it would not pass the NY state inspection. They assured us they they would send a replacement mirror to us and proceeded to show my husband how to fix it. They told us they would be sending the title to us with the mirror. About a week went by and I called them. I had to call them several times. Trying to reach these people by phone is very frustrating. The first time I called, I spoke with the manager and he said people usually go in to pick the titles up. But they knew when they sold me the vehicle that I live out of state. He told me they would send the title. When I reached them by phone on the second call, I spoke with my sales person and was told the title was going to be sent by FedEx. It wasn't at the time. I e-mailed the sales person and got no response. My temporary plate was about to expire and I was supposed to pick a trailer up. I called and talked to the woman in charge of DMV relations and thankfully, she finally sent it by FedEx and just in time. These people must improve customer service after purchase. They rushed us out after they got our money assuring us they would take care of us. I bought my own mirror. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. Its a shame, because they seem like nice people. I hope they can use this review to help improve themselves. If they could have said, we've been a little busy, it will take x amount of time, that would have been great.
