    They just want your money. They don't provide fair customer service. In the beginning, they look very nice and polite, but when you purchase a car they would change their behavior. I don't recommend them at all.

    The Best Dealership Experience Ever

    I don’t know what to say other than: Eugene, Victor, and Cesar are the best!! Hands down the best experience in a car dealership ever (trust me I been around: Fremont and Stevens Creek). They are understanding, patient, and have the integrity to stick to their quotes. Not to mention their prices? Unbeatable. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a Kia car to come to Capitol Kia. I was also referred here by a friend who made the purchase of a Kia sportage here 3 years ago after visiting Stevens Creek Kia. Any of my friends looking for a new car will most definitely be escorted by me to this dealership!

    Never again buying car here. They do not value customers. Horrible experience working with Randy Guzman. This is not a dealership that values customers. If you are buying from this dealership please do make sure NOT TO WORK WITH RANDY GUZMAN. We bought a new Kia Telluride from this dealership last week. Had a pleasant experience working with the sales guy cesar But then comes the finance guy Randy Guzman, he is extremely rude, doesn't care about customers, did not value our time, made it an unpleasant experience. We reported this to the sales guy and took the car delivery and left. Few days later get a call from Randy saying they made some mistake in numbers and want us to come and resign without discussing any severity of the situation. As we were busy we couldn't go as agreed and made sure to inform the sales guy. But we get another call from Randy saying he is going to repossess the vehicle without explaining what is going on. I told him I am in middle of my baby shower and cannot come now. He did not seem to understand. Finally his manager explained the situation and sent someone home to get the signature. The problem was taken care but calling and saying repossess the vehicle without informing what is going on or how urgent the matter is. The tone, the rudeness was unbelievable. NEVER NEVER WORK WITH RANDY GUZMAN. we went back to complain this to manager.. Which again was not taken seriously. Some GUY working there asked us what are you trying to accomplish by complaining??what the xxxx.HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. NEVER GO THERE.

    New car purchase , dealership liost 2nd key . Car was not detailed when test driven , dusty and dirty. Not satisfied after having driven over 2 hours round trip .

    My girlfriend Bought a 2019 Kia Sorento paid in full out the door . NO second key . Have to wait for a second key to be mailed then drive to a dealership or n my town to get programmed. Pathetic customer service
