    I found a used Bolt online and hading nothing but a great experience from the start. I emailed for more information and engaged with Armando who responsive and timely over email. We arranged for me to take the Cal Train south and he offered to pick me up - great service! My car buying experience was very straightforward - the car was perfect and Armando was available throughout to explain the process and help me get out the door. I highly recommend this dealer and specifically Armando if you want to get a fair deal on a car with as little stress as possible.

    I brought in my Trailblazer to be evaluated. The service center did a multipoint inspection. They told me we needed breaks / rotors both front and rear, rear shocks, and new front drive cv axels. While the CV boot was bad on one side. The breaks showed little wear with no grease impact. Both the rotors and pads measured almost new. the shocks showed no leaks and felt fine. Just to confirm my findings i took my vehicle to anther service center. I did not give them any of the former information. They did find the CV bad. (Expected) But all of the other items were not found as bad. I have lost trust in this organization. I feel like they were trying to add additional items with out needing. I made an appointment arrived early and waited 1 hour past my appointment time. Why make an appointment then. I have had better service and follow up from other GM dealers.

    Eddie was fantastic and provided world-class customer service. While the service department itself was experiencing overwhelming volumes, Eddie found a way to get my car analyzed and repaired in two sweeps, this was a full two week prior to the first available appointment. He gave me a mobile number to text and responded to every neaaage in a timely manner. Exceptionally good!

    Bolt issues since we bought it

    We were sold the premiere trim because of the avoidance collision system. After many times going back and forth we discovered that it a feature that does not come with the car. The regen mode does not come to a stop and we had brought the car back and forth to have it resolved the latest was that it is not supposed to stop, not so when it was sold to us. The Screen will go blank at times and was unresponsive. We have brought the car for these issues time after time without much success. Lat time they changed the screen and left the trim of the passenger door and board loose, we brought it back and they dirtied the ceiling fabric and scratched the drivers column and the car was just given to us just like that. The weather mats were thrown on the back the tissue paper was all over the passenger floor seat. The only thing at this point that has saved our dissatisfaction to turn into disgrace is the great efforts of our service technician, Kurtis, and his manager Todd Mason. They ordered new parts to replace the damaged trim and we will see what happens. I am confident that they will take care of the issues that for the last two years we have been experiencing.

    Second attempt to take the car for repairs

    My issues are still not resolved. No follow up from the dealership. Took about 3 months to make an appointment. My previous appointment was dismissed due to an internet outage? No re-schedule attempted. No follow up. Car has been sitting in the dealership for few days just for a parts arrival? Tech couldn't find the wheel lock? Management (if there is any) should be ashamed of this lowest level experienced service. I'm not just a car buyer; I'm a pissed off buyer!
