Pretty decent process. The manager met us half way on the price we were looking for. The manager was also very personable as well the lady that handled the payment. The sales associate was good. He wasn’t overwhelming which is great. I wish there was more time spent thoroughly explaining the vehicle, warranty, etc to my nephew, especially since this was his first car purchase. Waited a bit to get the car cleaned and gases up after the sale. Test drove it with the gas light on... kinda feel like having gas in the tank and washing the car would have been something that was done prior to our scheduled appointment. Other than that, it was a good experience. Hats off to the manager and the young lady that finished up our paperwork as well as the rest of the staff. The dealership will definitely get my consideration if the need for another purchase arises. I feel confident we got a great car at a reasonable price.

False advertising

Bait and switch aka false advertising aka clickbait. Dealership listed a 2020 Subaru Ascent for an insanely low price on cars.com when there was no such listing on the dealers website.

Does not recommend this dealer. Did not purchase a vehicle.

We hate when a misunderstanding like this occurs but continue everyday to make sure our sales staff is up to date with what inventory is in stock vs in transit. Though it does not change what happened, we would never lie about inventory just to get a customer to come to the dealership. That does nothing but cause frustration and lack of trust. Quality work and outstanding service

The team at Capital Subaru is outstanding! They have twice been able to service my Outback within 24 hours of my call and the quality of their work is consistently great. Friendly staff take the time to explain any problems and the priority of each one. Prices have been about the same as I have paid for service at other Subaru dealerships. Waiting area is clean and welcoming with a number of welcoming touches, including magazines to appeal to a number of different interests, coffee and tea available and comfortable furniture. The pride they take in their work and treating customers well definitely shows!

This dealership absolutely went above and beyond in their customer service!! I drove 4.5 hrs one way to pick up this car and it was so worth the drive! I bought a used vehicle from them that ended up needing a few repairs within 2 hours of driving it off the lot. Jordan and Rachel could not have been more understanding or accommodating! Rachel and Jordan are my new best friends! This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They found the exact Subaru Crosstrek I wanted and gave me 25% more for my trade than the big dealer in Raleigh where I had a horrible experience. Very Friendly staff. You cannot go wrong with Capital Subaru! Worth driving the distance!
