  Read before you trust CMG buying a vehicle

  I came here scrounging up $1000 for a downpayment on a car, we had been waiting to see which bank would approve my 1st auto loan. Then I was told by my guy that I would be getting a 2 year warranty and I was told the final price of my car, but never was I told that this service agreement added $2000 onto my loan. I would NOT have wanted it. I truly feel scammed. Even insulted after I talked to someone there about it. But of course by the time I realized it was too late. They insisted they explained it to me but it’s just not information you’d let pass by. If you Google ‘service agreement’, it even tells you it’s not worth it with newer cars. But I agreed to tack $2000 onto my car loan? I don’t think so. And when I called to talk about this, the guy says to me “you can’t remember your interest rate off the top of your head but you can remember he didn’t tell you the warranty was an additional $2000”. Like seriously??

  Jim from Cash for Cars is amazing! Usually when you hear used car salesperson you get a negative idea in your head. Well Jim is the exact opposite of those thoughts. He is true to his word and fair with his prices. Very responsive and he doesn't waste your time. He makes it for an easy transaction and even paid for my uber home. I would recommend Jim to anyone who would like to sell the car. The other gentleman in the shop are very personable as well.

  Buyer Beware!

  Stay away! This place gives used car lots the bad reputation they have. I expected to have some issues, which is why I purchased the extended service plan, but the vehicle was bought in August and I have driven it for only 2,000 miles. It's been in the shop twice for major repairs, and is now on its third visit to the mechanic. FAR from the "quality pre-owned" they state on their website. I own two other "used" cars that were purchased from other dealers and have had no major issues - only the normal wear and tear, and have owned them for over ten years. Capital Motor Group is clearly not committed to their customer. Would not recommend and would never go back.

  I was looking to purchase a used Jeep for some time and was in the process of purchasing from an out of state dealer. After getting the run around I stopped in at Capital and was greeted by Les who was informative, helpful and extremely friendly. Saw a vehicle I liked, test drove it and Capital went out of their way to get me approved for finance and driving before the week was out. You can’t ask for better service! I will be back again for all future vehicle purchases!

  Went to Capital Motors to sell my used car. JIM MARCOU was a pleasure to deal with from the moment that I walked into the showroom. He was there to advise on the paperwork with the insurance and my bank. He was understanding that I needed some tome before finalizing the sale. To the point, it was a pleasurable experience

  Capital motor is a great dealership they are extremely helpful and very reliable. Les was the dealer that assisted me with getting a new car this week. I didn't know what car I wanted when I walked in but he assisted me in trying different cars. He made sure I was comfortable with the car I choose and made the process easy for me. He made sure everything in the car worked and left me with a very reliable car and I would recommend him and capital motor to anyone who is looking for a car.
