    We were blown away at just how easy of a process it was to buy our car from this dealership. Everyone was absolutely fantastic. That includes Colleen, Matt, Kyle, Joe, Peter, and the rest. We would love to deal with them again. We are VERY pleased with the car, the service, and the general attitude of everyone there. I highly recommend them.

    Who thought you could get a brand new vehicle for less than $200/month? The Encore is a great fit for my family, and Ingersoll Buick GMC of Watertown was the best dealer to purchase from! They are helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my SUV. Even took time to show my teenage daughter the important function of the vehicle, so when she drives it she will be comfortable. THANKS!

    Horrible Service Center

    There was some mix-up with trying to schedule an appointment due to lack of communication (part needed to be painted ahead of time), so appointment was pushed back a week. Part was also pre-paid for. Upon arrival of appointment, was told it would take an hour total. It ended up taking almost 2 hours because part wasn't painted when my appt was rescheduled precisely for this reason, so I had to wait and was not updated as to why it was taking so long while in the waiting room. Then when I got the bill, it was more than what I was told over the phone when making the appointment (had to pay more than quoted for paint and also labor charge was not communicated ahead of time). Then I noticed the shoddy paint job that was done upon arriving home. I was too angry and exhausted to care enough to call back and have no interested in wasting my time once again. I'll just deal with it.

    Bought a used Encore from Billy..relaxed no pressure experience..when checking to see if my 500 dollars I used to hold the car was taken off my credit card I found out that it never went threw correctly and was still on my card..lucky I checked because they weren’t following up on it..the old saying applies here ..the jobs not done until the paper work is finished..

    I had a great experience with the staff of Buick GMC of Watertown a few nights ago. I was there dropping off my vehicle for service. Decided to look at new trucks. They were very respectful, informative, to the point and professional. They have a lot full of choices and options to choose from. The discounts seemed fair and they are willing to make a deal. I did not buy yet, but if I do buy a GMC I will buy it from them. I was not jumped on when I got out of the car, they let me look around, and they were really professional.

    Fair and Honest Negotiating

    This place is amazing, I’m from out of state and needed a new car. They took my old car for a great trade-in price and got me in a new car right away! The sales manager was fair in negotiating, and was willing to give a little more to make the deal happen. Would recommend this place to everyone!

    Stay far away

    Stay far, far away. The whole sleazy car dealership sales process needs major correcting. They didn’t want to honor the vehicle price which was listed on their own website. I was told that I received a “supplier discount” which wasn’t ever discussed prior to me signing any paperwork. A week later I was told I received “supplier pricing” and I need to provide my employer paystub. I don’t have an issue providing that if it was clearly explained from the beginning. I know for a fact my employer gets special pricing on vehicles and the dealer only stated that after the fact because they get a kickback for it. This isn’t going to reach anyone so I guess I’m wasting my time. In the end I won’t EVER recommend this dealership to anyone!

    Awful service techs

    First off, I do wanna say that I had a great experience buying my car from this dealership with the help of Peter M last year. He was very laid back and helpful. So 5 stars for him, but the service techs are AWFUL. I’m disappointed because I made a service appointment a week ahead of time and keep in mind I live about 40 minutes away. I took the day off from work to get this done, drove there, and was told they were too busy to service my car. Very unprofessional in my opinion, wasted my time and my gas for nothing but to be told they were “too busy.” I will not be coming back for this reason. If someone makes an appointment, there should be NO excuses. Huge disappointment. At least give me a call to give me a heads up, instead of me wasting over an hour of driving to be told you’re too busy. Absolutely ridiculous.
