    From the time I walked through the door to the time I took delivery everything was perfect. My salesperson Mark Crosby was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure every aspect of my deal was right. Not only do I highly recommend this dealership but I will return for my next car.

    Horrible dealership

    We were interested in a car listed at this dealership, but when we got there, the car "sold". The sales person was kind, but the manager, Jason, was rude and tempered. It's amazing to see this place has 3 stars when it should have 1

    Horrible experience

    Once again this place proves that it is an absolute joke. I left messages for three days because my car would not start. I did not receive one message in return. I then called at 12:15PM on a Saturday and they say they can’t help me because they closed at 12. I was not happy and asked to speak with a manager. The general manager Jason Casale spoke to me. He ignored the fact that there was no response to my calls. He preceded to act as if he was a service man and stated that my battery it dead and if I brought my car there I would need to pay a diagnostic fee and battery fee because it’s not under warrently. I advised that I did not think it was my battery the car is only 2 years old (2018 model) and has 12k miles. He said “the hard winters and hot summers do this a lot and that my car is considered old.” I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. If you value customer service this is not the place for you.

    This is the second Buick Encore that I am leasing. Luis Fabian helped me through the whole process this time. He was really knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole process go by so seamlessly. The Mgr. Steven Kirsch also was extremely professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend this dealership. Love my Buick Encore!

    Luis made the whole buying process easy! He was knowledgeable, helpful, really went above and beyond. He was personable and unlike a lot of salespeople who just want to sell you a vehicle and move on. We highly recommend him. The new GM was also personable and helpful. We love our Terrain and if you're in the market for a new vehicle, recommend GMC of Mahwah!

    Me and my wife were not too familiar with the new body style Buick Enclave so we had a ton of questions which our salesman Luis Fabian answered with ease, he made us feel happy to be there and excited to get into our new Enclave, once it came down to the numbers they were fair and he even brought in his sales manager Anthony Sherman who went above and beyond to make sure we were driving off their lot satisfied to the fullest extent I’ll be recommending Luis to all my friends and family as I know he’ll treat them right thanks for everything!

    Great Experience

    My husband and I went in last week looking to either buy or lease a Buick Envision. We were paired up with Luis Fabian as our salesman and he was great. He made the process very easy and clear. We never felt pressured to make any decision that day. We decided the next day to lease the car and Luis was very helpful in getting all of the paperwork in order so when we showed up to sign the paperwork we were pretty much in and out. Great experience and the whole process was painless.

    Not the experience I was expecting.

    Purchased a certified pre-owned Acadia. Was just detailed when I test drove and smelled like cleaner. Within several days a smoke smell took over. After a 3 month fiasco I ended up having to trade the vehicle in. The smell got much worse as it got warmer out. Lost $$$ and time. They then tried to charge me a 1,000 more for a warranty for the same year/make vehicle. Still sick to my stomach over the whole incident.

    Disappointed in their dishonesty

    I leased a new 2016 Encore, trading in my 2009 Scion as down payment. A year later, I repurchased the Scion from them as a second car only to realize after the fact that they had replaced the new battery with one that was sub-sized, not even taking the time to bracket it onto the engine. (Indeed, there were no bracket clamps to be found and the battery was just sitting loose in the tray.) In addition, although I had made a second trip back with the spare key when I surrendered the car, I only received one key when I bought the car back. When I brought the battery issue to my salesman's attention, he refused to respond. I finally was able to speak with a manager (Steven Kirsch), explaining my situation. He said he'd give it some thought but I never heard from him again. My lease ends two weeks from today and consequently, instead of purchasing the Encore (which had been my original intention), I will be returning it. Very disappointed to see they lived up to the stereotype of the used car salesman. I might add that at no time during the lease process was I informed that there would be a $495 surrender fee either.
