  Bad experience

  Customer service was great until it came time to sign the contract. The Sales person and I had agreed to a price, in writing, for the vehicle I wanted. Before driving two hours to the dealership to complete the sale, I reconfirmed the sales price, in writing, with the sales person. When I arrived I was received nicely by the sales person, test drove the car, then sat down to complete the paperwork. At that time I noticed that the sales price in the contract was $6000 higher than the agreed price. I pointed this out to him, and showed him the email chain, to which he responded "I'm so sorry that must have been a mistake" and offered me a token discount off of the higher price. He then brought his sales manager in and got the same offer. I will not return or recommend anyone there.

  Great place to buy a car at Norwalk CA

  We were actually looking at a 2008 Nissan that we saw online,,, thanks to Julio magallon he gave us other options on vehicle that were on our budget,,, at the end we took home a 2015 optima Kia,,,, thanks to Julio and Dave we got a great deal with a low monthly payment I will definitely recommend friend's and family to buy a car at Budget car sales at Norwalk,CA

  I was able to get an outstanding deal for a basically almost new vehicle with additional features, top of the line, bumper to bumper extended warranty by Ford at a cost I could not believe! Salesperson Craig Wicks was wonderful, funny, and not pushy! I highly recommend this as a first stop to find a great deal on a car!

  We had a wonderful experience at Budget. Robert and David is the best. There was no pressure or stress. They were very professional and good listeners. All of our questions were answered and we did not feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy. The whole process didn't take very long. Before you knew it we were on our way in our newly purchased car.   Robert Ortiz & David Gallardo are two great customer care people, they are down to earth, no rush yet very business oriented business personnel. And if your looking to purchase a vehicle from anyone, give these guys a try. I know first hand as way back in the day during the mid 80's to mid 90's era, I to was involved in the car sales industry, and these guys are top notch professionals. And will carefully oversee the purchase of your vehicle in the best possible way there is. I tip my hat to these guys, and wish them the very best in the future, again give these guys a try, you like myself I believe will be a repeat customer.

  I just bought my second car, a Dodge Caravan, from Budget Car Sales. I purchased a Ford Escape from them 11 years ago, which has been an awesome car and is still going strong!   They Went the Extra Mile

  We shopped many dealers and sites for a 2013 Ford Edge. We found one online at Budget Car Sales in Norwalk but it sold quickly. Phil called us back and offered the same low price on another 2013 Edge with even more features. We drove down from the High Desert, and Phil not only gave us a great price, but he and his staff worked hard to get us the best financing, and even repainted the front bumper to make everything look brand new. We went the extra mile to find the car we wanted, and Budget went the extra mile to make us happy. We couldn't have been treated any better.
