    Okay buying experience until service dept problems

    Brake trouble when we test drove which they said they fixed. Now the grinding noise is back. When I returned they couldn’t hear the noise of course after keeping it all day and driving periodically. Never put the car up on the racks, just told us to bring it right back when it made the noise again. Well, that’s a 2 hour drive for us. So we all agreed to have it looked at if needed by a local Dodge dealer. Which I did when the noise started a few days later. Ugh! That fixed it for few days. You can see where this is going....now Buckeye says the local dealer messed it up. Buckeye has had my car for a week and a half. We are deadlocked in this nightmare of a repair. Bypass this “Super” store folks. You’ll be glad you did.

    The variety of vehicles on the lot was great. Got to look at many different options to fit my needs. The buying process was easy and there was not a pushy salesperson blowing up my phone either. Overall pleasant experience and will definitely go back when I am in the market again.
