    I was looking for a small SUV, the Chevy Trax fit my needs perfectly. Mike was the salesperson we worked with, he made sure to get everything worked out with the payment, they even stayed late to make sure I could drive it home that night.

    Wouldn’t even recommend them to an enemy. I felt rushed, didn’t fully understand, and currently have zero recourse. Be very careful here if anything else!

    Salesmen so rude I didn't even go to the Dealer

    I called and spoke to Jaron early Friday morning to request history on 1 of their cars. Per Jaron, he would look it up and call me back - this call was normal. I didn't hear back so called dealership at 1:15pm and spoke to Jaron again. He basically forgot we even talked, said he was busy, and would try to get back to me in an hour or two. I requested history info on 2 cars at that point. He was rude and short with me during the entire conversation. I didn't hear back, again, so called dealership at 3:16pm and got Jaron again. I asked to speak to a different salesman and was sent to Dan Buck's voicemail. I left a voicemail. I then called the dealership at 3:19pm and asked the operator for a different salesman and she sent me to another guy (forget his name). Told him I was not happy because Jaron just blowing me off and I was just looking for some history on the cars to determine if I was interested. He told me they don't provide that unless you come to the dealership. I complained because other dealers offer that info online. His response - 'then go ahead and pay for it yourself' and that he 'had to go'. He was also rude and short with me during the entire call. Suffice to say, I will never go this dealership and highly recommend no one else goes either. Refusing to be transparent and provide the history on the car upfront is not what I would consider acting in the best interest of the consumer.

    Rude dealership

    This is by far the worst dealership that I have ever entered was there three times had cash to buy a car they were not interested was willing to finance one kept telling us this car was sold this one is sold made an appointment to see a salesman named Mike we showed up he was not even there that day and they had no other salesman Available. Every truck we looked at they had an excuse why they couldn’t sell it to us couldn’t understand a business that is supposed to sell cars made it so hard to buy one the person as you walk in can’t remember his name was so rude and acted like he didn’t have time for us even though we had waited four days to see a vehicle and test drive it didn’t get to test drive any vehicle at all I give this dealership a minusCan’t understand why general motors would let this dealership operate under a general motors or Chevy brand I love Chevy vehicles and GMC but these people are terrible I hope someone from corporate gets involved in straightens that company out now that I’m sharing my story I’ve heard tons of people saying that they are terrible to deal with

Really good group of guys, dealt with Jaron Cochran and he made the buying process very smooth and was able to answer and help with any questions I had.
