    Bought a used Truck from Bryant's this year. Tried out trucks for a month, drove every make every model, every time I went in they were happy to work with me. I eventually decided on a 2018 F 150 for a great price, I could not be happier. I recommend Bryant Motors to everyone.

    Bait and switch scam allowed

    Notified I had won a tv by mailer got to the dealer sat through the sales pitch and found out I didn’t win a tv at all but a gift certificate dealer owner said he is good with the whole thing and that it is legal and because of the wording it might be but it is morally and ethically not good and do you really want to do business with someone like this

    I dont know anything about the dealership, but the service center is absolutely terrible. I took my jeep here Monday December 4th 2017. Something was making noise under my hood. Told them it was the water pump. The mechanics didn't see or hear anything wrong. I picked the car up. I'm no mechanic but Wednesday Dec 6th I have video of the pulley on the front of the water pump wobbling back and forth. But, nothing was wrong, according to Bryants. I'm now stranded in overland park Kansas, today is Sunday December 10th, Because my water pump/thermostat went out. Does this stuff break in less than a week? No. Thanks Bryants. I've wasted my entire day off waiting for a tow truck. Had you fixed it like I asked, this wouldn't have happened.

    Fast and friendly

    I brought my car in on a Tuesday to see why my windows weren't working. I needed a new switch which they had to order. The part came in the next day. I had my car dropped off on my lunch break on Thursday and it was finished by the time I got off work. Everyone was very nice. I would definitely recommend :)

    I visited every car lot in town, and Bryant Motors was the only dealership who shared a final price right from the start on the car I was interested in. That was 2 years ago, and the accompanying service has been without complaint. Eric explains the situation so that I understand, and investigates any of my concerns. AND I AM SO GLAD I DID PURCHASE THE DART!
